Exceeded my expectations!
Pros:

Unexpected and last minute booking but so pleased. Super accommodating, seamless from initial booking to checkout. The guy who checked us in was super polite & friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and well maintained. Nothing broken or dirty. Tea & kettle provided much to my excitement. TV and pull out bed for my daughter was brilliant. Dog friendly. Quiet. Hot shower with excellent pressure. Super warm room. 25% off breakfast voucher for use at the services. All round just super impressed. Great value. Would 100% recommend or stay again.

Unstayable!
Pros:

Good Location for business. Parking adequate.

Cons:

Dirty and tired throughout, inside room strong smell of bleach, so I flushed the toilet, put extractor on, and opened window to see if it would clear, then the bedding felt damp. The lady said it had just been deep cleaned, and offered another room. Went up it didnt smell of bleach but smelt foul. I turned around and requested refund, and left at about 830 Pm to find another stay.

The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming

Cons:

Nothing really, it's a shame the services doesn't have a proper eating place, the car park is a bit rough and could do with an uplift. But that's beyond Days remit and down to the landlords
