Don’t do it
Pros:

Not very well sign write to find it had to drive round twice think it had its own car park after seeing the light up sign on the building. The room was very dusty and smelled musty. The toilet didn’t flush the view was just of the bushes . They was screws sticking up in the floor of the bathroom . Dog barking next door . Very bad experience

Did the job well
Pros:

As far as motorway hotels go this was perfectly functional and was in the perfect location for my onward journey the following day. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The woman on the reception was very friendly.

Cons:

For the purposes of my stay there wasn't anything else I would be looking for. It met all my needs for the stay in providing a comfortable bed in a warm, clean room.

Pros:

Location, staff friendly and welcoming (when they were available), size of room was excellent, surprising lack of external noise from motorway.

Cons:

Room was not serviced during multi-day stay and the hotel instructions were that it would be serviced (towels, rubbish, coffee top-up) unless a do-not-disturb sign was displayed.
Wi-fi-was supposed to activate a browser window on initial connection and none appeared so it was unusable.
The hotel advertises 24-7 reception but it was usually not staffed and on 1 day there was a notice saying it would not be staffed until 2pm. In that period, housekeeping staff gave out incorrect information.
