Tracey the Receptionist was excellent- made me feel welcome and a valued customer. Nothing was too much trouble - she explained everything superbly and she is a great ambassador for Days Inns .

Staff were amazing, but the rooms are dilapidated and damp.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the lady on reception was the highlight of the stay and deserves recognition.

Cons:

We had 2 rooms. One room was acceptable but not great, the carpet was stained, the heater didnt work and the bathroom cistern unit was rusted and damaged. The other room smelt damp and was damp. It was the external end of the corridor on the ground floor (I think room 28?) The door had obviously been kicked in and the frame was broken. The hallway ceiling was damp, the bathroom ceiling was damp.
The bathroom toilet cistern unit was rusted and damaged.
The beds felt damp.
Both rooms were in desperate need of a refurbishment

Overall delivered on our needs for location - but I don't think we'll be staying there again.
Pros:

Great location (for Biggin Hill). Free parking. Very helpful, informative staff (Cathy in particular). Nice clean room. Lovely scenery a short walk away (once you've crossed the M25 foot bridge). Simple check in and check out procedure.

Cons:

The building itself is very dated - it needs some love ! Some of the fixtures and fittings look like they are from the 1980s ! Close to the M25 - so although good for access, noise can be an issue - particularly if the room window doesn't shut properly (as was the case for one of our party). Water not hot enough for a bath.

Perfect for a quick stop over
Pros:

Convenient stop for the night with amenities nearby and friendly staff. We stayed in the family room which was more than comfortable for one night and well laid out. Room whilst the hotel is not new was clean and had a good shower.
