Good value for money
Pros:

Staff at reception was very warm and courteous. The hotel is located strategically with free parking on offer. Places to eat are just are stone throw distance. It’s great for Gatwick access as it’s 25 minutes drive.
The room was spacious, clean, fully stocked with clean towels and toiletries.

Cons:

The TV wasn’t working properly— it had a weak signal. We were forced to watch programmes on our laptop. I spoke to another customer who affirmed they had no TV signal either in their room.
However- we got assurances from receptionist that an engineer was working to sort it out.
It wasn’t resolved yet at the time we checked out.

Pros:

The apartment was very clean. It had everything that I needed, apart from the Internet.

Cons:

I stayed for almost a week and half of the period the Internet didn't work!

The room seemed unused for a while. Some ant and rust removal needed. Better sound proof needed.

Great value for money and really good location
Pros:

Super friendly staff and great location. Offered a fan due to the heat and told me about the facilities around if needed.

Would have preferred a better shower head

Cheap convenient lodge
Pros:

The price at £44 per night was very nice. The room was big. The bed clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful. Across the courtyard was a great food court.

Cons:

Don't have a pet friendly room.
