Pros:

Conveniently located next to service plaza and all it's amenities. Even has a laundromat in front of main entrance. Simple motel on par with its namesakes in US.

Cons:

Rooms facing plaza side are noisy from late night visitors and early in the morning.

On the disapointing side
Pros:

Lovely lady at reception! Well located and you have access to both sides of the M25 even though there is no junction there

Cons:

Very dated, old, quite dirty and worn, smelly corridors, thin walls so quite noisy if next room are talking, shower took ages to warm up. Wifi doesn't allow VPR so couldnt do my work

Regret booking!
Pros:

Reception staff pleasant. Instructions for access to location good. Good sized room

Cons:

Room was drab and dark. Place needs a total refurbishment, carpets dirty and smelt bad, curtains and windows dirty. Lamp shades torn and grubby. Hot water took about 10 mins to come through to basin! Bed linen was fine but mattress worn, sagging in the middle. Our booking was made months ago. The allocated room was upstairs and as we had luggage for travelling overseas for several weeks the girl offered a ground floor room. It was up the end and back of the building with thick bushes and scrub behind so no natural light, felt like we were in the bad boys corner. We were not happy and regret making this two night booking.
