The location was in a good place, value for money that’s it and the staff were nice.
Our room smelt like damp, our bedding felt damp, bathroom door was stiff and kept scraping along the bottom making an awful noise. No plugs around the top of the bed only near the TV.

Location was suitable for our needs. Staff were kind and friendly. Discounted breakfast vouchers can be purchased for services across the road. Very quiet at night with no noise from other rooms or outside even with window open.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and pillow was pancake flat. The curtains in our room were hanging off the rails which were broken also. The fan was covered in dust which then blew all over room when in use. Carpet of room and communal areas were gross and sticky. No extractor fan in bathroom which made bedroom very hot and steamy after shower even with door closed. Room key needed cleaning as was greasy and sticky. Bathroom was very run down. General smell throughout building was unpleasant.

Easy to access as given instructions beforehand. Friendly welcome and lots of parking. Great size room with 24/7 access.
Would be nice to have dairy alternatives in the room for the tea and coffee for people with dairy allergies.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. We also liked the quiet location and the friendly staff. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
The only thing we didn't like was that there were some spiders in the room. Apart from that, everything was fine.
Spiders in the rooms nobody ever cleans the rooms despite multiple attempts to ask them to clean the room. I stayed there for eight days and not once was the room cleaned. I put the notice on the door and they took it off. Place was ridiculous. There were spiders everywhere and creepy crawlies.
