Prêt d’un ventilateur car chambre non climatisée en plein soleil

Cons:

Ascenseur en demi étage. Il faut donc monter les valises dans un escalier et remonter à pied un demi étage pour arriver au 3ème. Et surtout c’est très BRUYANT ! Petit déjeuner pas terrible, pas de lait dans la machine et café au compte gouttes. Il faut appuyer 10 fois sur le bouton pour avoir l’équivalent d’une tasse. Paiement de 9 euros pour un petit chien.

À l’arrivée la personne de l’accueil était souriante et m’a un peu aidé avec ma valise (je dis un peu car il n’a pas été au bout)

Cons:

Les photos sur booking ne correspondent en rien à la réalité!
Hôtel hyper vieux, et encore ça passe, mais rien ne va:
- message leur indiquant mon handicap et donc le besoin d’être en rdc ou un ascenseur car je précise ne pas pouvoir monter des marches, laissé sans réponse
- ascenseur qui vous laisse entre deux étages donc vous DEVEZ monter des marches (ce qui m’est compliqué et douloureux)
- chambres au mobilier vieux et taché
- vous ne dormez pas seul, il y a assez de cafards dans la chambre pour vous tenir compagnie
- bureau plein de taches collantes
- prises électriques d’une autre époque
Et le pompon. Quand le lendemain vous expliquez à la personne au comptoir ce qui vous arrive (notamment les cafards) même pas une excuse!
Hôtel à fuir, mériterait une bonne inspection par les services d’hygiène

Le personnel de l'accueil était sympathique

Cons:

La douche n'est pas grande e peu pratique. la salle de bain ne sentait pas bon. Il y avait des bestioles dans la chambre et il faisait très chaud. Pas de climatisation ni ventilateur. La chambre ou j'étais aurait besoin de quelque travaux
