Très bel hôtel avec un super emplacement
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement, la décoration, la qualité de la chambre et du spa, ainsi que l’amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel à la réception de l hôtel, sans oublier la variété du petit déjeuner, le tout offrant une expérience de grande qualité.

Cons:

Malgré la qualité des lieux, le petit déjeuner a été décevant en raison d’un service peu aimable et très lent (30 minutes d’attente pour des œufs), ainsi que d’un confort de chambre perfectible, notamment des oreillers pas très confortables et d’une occultation insuffisante laissant passer la lumière le matin.

Reposant & très agréable !
Pros:

La deco de l’hôtel très stylé , les chambres sont très bien pensées , très confortables, et (presque) tout y est !
Le petit déjeuner est très bien, il y a de tout, et c’est frais et bon.
Le rooftop de l’hôtel est top!

Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Inneneinrichtung am Hafen gelegen, jedoch nicht unbedingt am Meer
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück wunderschön Inneneinrichtung sowohl im Zimmer als auch im ganzen Hotel

Cons:

Gebucht und bestätigt für ein Zimmer. Sea view Das Hotel liegt jedoch am Hafen. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer geht nicht auf das Meer auf den Hafen….. allerdings auch schön. Schwierige Parksituation.

Junor Suite was beautiful. Breakfast was great. Decoration is very well done. Rooftop amazing for sunset.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage und Ausblick zum Hafen! Hotelfinrichtung (++) erinnert an eine Ralph Lauren Werbung. Die Dachterrasse super, es gibt auch einen Pool am Dach, deswegen braucht man das Hotel aber nicht buchen (Mini).

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Sottogrande ist sehr gediegen und (zu) ruhig! Ein kleines Manko ist (oft) die fehlende Sprachbildung im Englischen - auch in der 4-5* Kategorie!

Despite some awful weather, we had a fantastically relaxing stay.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel -especially the atrium/courtyard area. Everything was well designed in the room and the service was excellent. Although we were facing the front of the marina, it was quiet at night and very well soundproofed.
All the staff were lovely.

Cons:

Prices in the restaurant were a little high but the quality of food was very good and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The heater was on and we could not manage to turn it off, kept going into Auto Mode. In fair honesty, we never informed the staff
