Pros:

Very nice hotel right next to a park. You will also find a bus stop nearby which is very convienient. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was very good

Decent on the whole.
Pros:

Decent sized room with adequate storage space. Balcony overlooking the Giardino Inglesi. Good bathroom.

Cons:

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Not that close to the centre/restaurants.

Nel complesso giudizio positivo.
Pros:

ottima posizione, centro raggiungibile a piedi; sufficiente la colazione, i camerieri molto disponibili e gentili; carente del salato la colazione, ma per il resto soddisfacente; parcheggio non usufruito. Molto apprrezzato il servizio accoglimento all'aeroporto per arrivare in albergo

Cons:

la struttura meriterebbe maggiore cura e manutenzione, si evidenziano della pareti scrostate in alcuni punti, segno di poca cura, basterebbe poco per migliorarne l'aspetto e il primo impatto visivo, soprattutto all'entrata.
L'aria condizionata non regolabile all'interno delle camere è un grave difetto per un 4 stelle, per questo il giudizio è negativo per il confort. infine manca supporto ai clienti per noleggio auto durante il soggiorno.

la habitación muy bien, con una terraza con vistas al parque, muy tranquila , amplia y cómoda, desayuno bueno

no tiene aparcamiento propio, tiene un acuerdo con un aparcamiento cercano donde hay que dejar las llaves del coche

Large, very clean room with good facilities. Wide bed with very comfy mattress. No on-site parking but arrangement with nearby garage worked very well.

Tiszta tágas szoba, szerény reggeli, belvárostól kicsit messze, biztonságos helyen, sok a szúnyog.
Pros:

A szálloda nagyon jó környéken van. Egy szép kertre nyílik, a szoba tágas, nagy méretű.

Cons:

A szálloda közeli parkolást ígért, kb. 200 méterre volt egy parkolóház, ahol nagyon sok autót beparkoltak, csak a személyzet tudott be és kiparkolni az autónkkal. A reggeli kínálata nagyon szegényes volt, nem 4 csillagos szálloda minőségű. Az első napon még zöldségek sem voltak. Az ablakokon nem volt szúnyogháló, nagyon sok szúnyog bejött, összecsíptek nagyon, így aludni nem tudtam. A recepciós azt javasolta, gyalog menjünk a belvárosba, miközben kb. fél órás a gyalogút, s a szállodával szemben van egy buszmegálló, s a busz bevisz a belvárosba. Ezt a recepciós nem tudta. Azt sem, melyik buszra szálljunk.
