Tiszta tágas szoba, szerény reggeli, belvárostól kicsit messze, biztonságos helyen, sok a szúnyog.
Pros:

A szálloda nagyon jó környéken van. Egy szép kertre nyílik, a szoba tágas, nagy méretű.

Cons:

A szálloda közeli parkolást ígért, kb. 200 méterre volt egy parkolóház, ahol nagyon sok autót beparkoltak, csak a személyzet tudott be és kiparkolni az autónkkal. A reggeli kínálata nagyon szegényes volt, nem 4 csillagos szálloda minőségű. Az első napon még zöldségek sem voltak. Az ablakokon nem volt szúnyogháló, nagyon sok szúnyog bejött, összecsíptek nagyon, így aludni nem tudtam. A recepciós azt javasolta, gyalog menjünk a belvárosba, miközben kb. fél órás a gyalogút, s a szállodával szemben van egy buszmegálló, s a busz bevisz a belvárosba. Ezt a recepciós nem tudta. Azt sem, melyik buszra szálljunk.

A pleasant hotel in a less than convenient location
Pros:

Pleasant and spacious room, friendly staff

Cons:

The location is a little awkward, being 2km from any of the main attractions of Palermo. The bathroom in our room would benefit from updating.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta: está céntrico y dentro de un parque precioso. El hotel es bonito y acogedor y el personal muy amable. Muy buenas vistas desde las habitaciones y desde el comedor.

Cons:

Poca fruta en el desayuno.

Séjour de 4 nuits à Palerme
Pros:

Emplacement à proximité du jardin anglais très agréable. Le centre de Palerme est à 20-25 minutes à pied.
Malgré un grand axe routier à proximité, l'hôtel est calme et reposant même en rez-de-chaussée.
Chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée. Bonne literie. Très propre.
Personnel très serviable et très agréable.
Petit déjeuner copieux avec possibilité de s'installer sur la terrasse

Cons:

Mon séjour était très agréable. Rien n'est à changer.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e luminosa e splendida vista sul parco.
Pros:

Ho apprezzato la vista sul parco dalla mia camera e dalla sala colazione, oltre che la camera molto luminosa (il giusto) e spaziosa. In stanza l'aria condizionata era troppo fredda per me, ma il personale ha provveduto immediatamente a rialzare la temperatura in camera. Tutto il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile a tutte le mie richieste.

Cons:

Da amante della colazione salata, mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare qualcosa in più di salato a colazione. In ogni caso, i dolci ottimi tutti! Inoltre, la stanza era troppo fredda e non c'era, almeno nella mia camera, la possibilità di gestire in autonomia la temperatura. Come già detto però, il personale ha immediatamente provveduto ad alzare la temperatura in camera.
