Just Beautiful
Pros:

The unit was comfortable, spacious, with great views and came with everything I needed my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent, and the location was amazing. Kirra Beach is beautiful and there is plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Peaceful week in Nirvana
Pros:

Nirvana by the Sea is exactly that. A beautiful apartment complex with wonderful facilities which the initially slightly wet and grey weather could not diminish! My daughter and I stayed in a sub penthouse with glorious views across to Kirra Beach and our own private pool for 5 nights. Our 2BR apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds super comfortable. It is located within a short distance to restaurants with a bakery, convenience store, pizza shop and pharmacy over the road and a lovely cafe and sushi shop at the bottom of the complex. There is also a cinema which can be booked by guests for a private movie night and a lovely guest lounge as well.

The management team and staff are also wonderful - we Victorians could take a leaf out of their relaxed, smiley and super friendly book!! Kirra is a hidden gem on the Gold Coast and we felt very fortunate to stay at such a wonderful property. We are already planning our next visit for the end of 2027.

Relaxing stay in well appointed apartment with beautiful ocean views.
Pros:

Immaculately clean apartment and general facilities. Stunning views. Kitchen had everything you could need.
Great location with cafes, bakery and restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful.

A hidden gem that exceeded our expectations and was great value for money.
Pros:

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Greatly appreciated being able to make twin beds in second room into large bed.

Cons:

Had difficulties with the internet on 1 night. But staff were great and lent us a DVD to watch on the TV instead of trying to stream our Netflix.

Could do with more dishwashing and laundry pods for those with longer stay. When sandy needed to wash clothes and towels each day.

Fantastic location and room.
Pros:

Fantastic location. The reception staff I met on Friday evening were fantastic.

Cons:

One particular reception staff member on Saturday (blonde) was very rude and not helpful. She needs to improve her customer service skills.

Pros:

The hotel itself is high-level. We booked a room with a private swimming pool, which we had never had before; it is a real pool about 5m long on the balcony, and the kids were happy, they spend couple of hours per day there. The only downside is that it is on the second floor, but you still see the ocean. Also visited a cinema room; you need to book in advance, but the sound, screen, and room are very good. Make sure you get popcorn.

Cons:

You need to buy coffee pods 1.5$, why not provide at least a couple for free?
Transparent bathroom wall in the main bedroom. The idea itself is great, but it should have some way to shade it, e.g., some glass that can be shaded by an electric switch.

Pros:

Beautiful location, impeccably clean and well appointed, ideal location between the shops and the ocean - and the staff were the clear winner. They are so kind and caring. We had a wonderful few days and will remember it fondly.
