Beautiful, relaxing, fun and something for everyone in the family to enjoy
Pros:

Great location, great facilities, great views

Cons:

Nothing - it was quite expensive but you got a lot for your money (we had sub penthouse with private rooftop)

Pros:

Great location close to airport and across the road from the beach. Good size apartment, clean and modern. Pool and spa was great for our kids and very helpful staff. Use of beach toys and a boogie board from reception was appreciated. Kids loved 7/11 and frozen slurpies across the road and good selection of food places within a 5 min walk.

Cons:

We were in a beach view room on level 3 and while we could definitely see the beach we also had a direct view into the carpark and roof of the shops across the street which was not expected.

Very noisey on low level with constant stream of refeigerated delivery trucks outside and left running from 6am and wind dependent, smell of rubbish dumpsters from businesses across the street. Only an issue when sitting on the deck.

Great facilities. Great location. Helpful staff.
Pros:

Great location. Spacious comfy room. Loved the private theatre and the lap pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The showers leaked. No ceiling fans. Nit v sheltered from the westerly winds.

Always amazing stay
Pros:

We have stayed at Nirvana by Sea several times and each time it has been amazing. The welcoming staff, the cleanliness of the apartment, the spaciousness and the amazing view. So close to restaurants and cafes that a car isn’t needed. With the beach across the road you couldn’t ask for anything more.

Just Beautiful
Pros:

The unit was comfortable, spacious, with great views and came with everything I needed my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent, and the location was amazing. Kirra Beach is beautiful and there is plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Peaceful week in Nirvana
Pros:

Nirvana by the Sea is exactly that. A beautiful apartment complex with wonderful facilities which the initially slightly wet and grey weather could not diminish! My daughter and I stayed in a sub penthouse with glorious views across to Kirra Beach and our own private pool for 5 nights. Our 2BR apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds super comfortable. It is located within a short distance to restaurants with a bakery, convenience store, pizza shop and pharmacy over the road and a lovely cafe and sushi shop at the bottom of the complex. There is also a cinema which can be booked by guests for a private movie night and a lovely guest lounge as well.

The management team and staff are also wonderful - we Victorians could take a leaf out of their relaxed, smiley and super friendly book!! Kirra is a hidden gem on the Gold Coast and we felt very fortunate to stay at such a wonderful property. We are already planning our next visit for the end of 2027.
