VIEWS - cruiseship balcony views from bed
Pros:

I wanted ocean views & that's exactly what I got on the 22nd floor. Yes, there was construction, but shut the sliding door & you can forget they are there. Excellent apartment, large fridge & stove & plenty of room & everything you need to cook with, but then why cook when Tedder Ave is walking distance & the restaurants on that street are great. Then, for breakfast, The Winey Cow Cafe downstairs yum yum & good coffee.
The 2 Bedrooms were perfect with their own bathrooms & balcony access. Shut the main bedroom door & you've got your own suite with TV & views & can't hear the lounge room TV either. The apartments are privately owned, so the one I stayed in had homely touches very nice.
Would stay again & would recommend it.
Short drive to tourist central Surfers Paradise & great location to Sea World & theme parks. A nice 30-minute walk over the bridge to Australia Fair Shopping Centre & opposite there's a kids Aqua Park & Cafe.
Across the road from the apartment, there are steps to a magnificent beach with flags & surf lifesavers.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like, but there were a couple of things out of the control of the management who were very apologetic ... a few hours one morning power was out & we were advised well in advance to be able to organise our day & the other was the construction at the side & front. That's life, but neither any real issue.

We will be back, had a relaxing time, maybe next time we will check out the pool.
Pros:

We could see the ocean from our balcony but not from the unit due to windows having salt from the ocean

Cons:

The windows and the gas top didn’t have a starter need a lighter, but that was just minor

The place is a bit outdated. It would be nice to make sure the dishes and cutlery are clean.

Pros:

Nice view and plenty of space plus all amenities (kitchen, laundry, etc).

Cons:

All good. Doona was a bit too warm. Didn't figure out what coffee pods to buy.

Fantastic location
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ocean views were absolutely beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, and overall it offered excellent value for money.
Overall, a lovely place to stay and we'd happily return.

Cons:

One tip for future guests: bring a few basic pantry items with you, such as salt and pepper, milk, cling wrap/glad wrap, and any other essentials you use regularly, as these aren't provided.

Pros:

Great location. Great view. Clean and renovated room with all the things we needed.

Cons:

The indoor pool was heated but not warm. I understand this is probably standard but was definitely colder than I was expecting.

Amazing location with stunning views and great amenities. Would definitely book here again.
Pros:

The gentleman we met at reception to get keys etc was so friendly and detailed. That makes a huge difference to any holiday.
The beach across the road with very easy access to swim!
Location was amazing. As was the views.
Also easy walk to Tedder Avenue to pick up supplies. Was impressed with the range of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops there.
A working washing machine and dryer was very much appreciated, Thank you.

Cons:

The kettle had a funny smell but not to worry we very carefully boiled water on the stove and made cuppas that way.
The surfaces in kitchen and bathrooms were a bit sticky on arrival. A quick trip to the supermarket to get supplies to wipe those down took care of that. But my hubby says I'm too picky lol

Main beach for serious holidays
Pros:

2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. Views of the ocean from every room were exceptional. Parking underground was safe and convenient. Local cafe, restaurants close by.

Cons:

It rained on the day of arrival! Holiday not long enough!

Pros:

Thank you, that was the best holiday stay we had. Very welcoming and helpful staff made our experiences unforgettable. Next time we will be there, we will definitely stay at the same place.
Unforgettable view from 22 level, clean and tidy appartment on moving in, spa and pool which we enjoyed. Sunrises and sunsets are incredible.
