Preis-Leistung war top!!
Pros:

Sehr schöne gemütliche Bar um noch ein „Schlummi“ zu trinken! Das Servicepersonal in der Bar wie beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich. Obwohl die Zimmer klein sind ist es gemütlich und sehr sauber!

Alles gut und weiter zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind klein aber für einen Städtetrip völlig ok. Alles ist von dort ohne weite Umwege mit U-Bahn oder Tram erreichbar. Frühstückt ist umfangreich und gut. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage und der Lüfter im Bad haben nicht funktioniert daher war es sehr warm im Zimmer. Wer nachts ein weiches Kissen benötigt sollte sich vorsichtshalber eins mitbringen.

Freundlichkeit des Personals
Sauberkeit (Darauf lege ich sehr viel Wert und das Motel One hat dies voll erfüllt)
Zimmer. Klein aber fein. Die Größe der Zimmer hat überhaupt nicht gestört, da die Raumausstattung ideal integriert wurde.
Konzept des Frühstücksbuffet. Kein Mainstream Angebot und Überangebot, dafür wird Wert auf Qualität gelegt. Kompliment!!!

Cons:

Fällt mir nichts ein. Eine kleine Verbesserung wäre höchstens eine verlässlichere Auskunft über Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants. In unserem Fall konnte uns nicht eindeutig bestätigt werden ob das Restaurant am Abend geöffnet hat.
Das ist aber wirklich "Jammern auf hohem Niveau". Die Lage des Hotels ist ja ideal.
