Great Value for money
Pros:

Clean, rooms are big, we had also a connected room - as family. Free parking, but parking is quite difficult as in underground several floors down. Great value for the money. We enjoyed.

Cons:

Didn’t have kettle in room, but the staff gave us hot water upon asking. No toothbrush, paste. No water bottle in room. AC was not turned off in April, although it was quite hot.

Cons:

Havíamos solicitado uma cama extra e no momento do check-in fomos informados que o quarto não estava pronto. Além disso, o corredor e o quarto estavam insuportavelmente quentes, ligamos o ar-condicionado, mas não estava funcionando e em alternativa abrimos a janela do quarto, mas o hotel se encontra perto da estrada e o barulho dos carros foi um incômodo a mais.

Pleasing stay
Pros:

We were staying for 4 nights and they were really good as 2 members of the family have allergies and they catered for them for when we left early on one day so had to take our breakfast with us. Will definitely use the hotel again on our next visit into Italy.
