Not great
Pros:

Located in the outer areas of Monza so that you have to reach the city centre by car. It has a separate underground car park.
The rooms are sparsely decorated with curtains that don't fully open or close so bring a face mask if you're a light sleeper.
The lights in the bedroom are all different tones, from warm to cold which can be unpleasant.
The television won't work unless you sign up to the B&B membership club but will allow you to cast from a personal device if your device is set up for that (mine wasn't). Internet is free access though.
The shower has two settings essentially, on and off, with no temperature regulation, mine was mostly luke-warm to cold. The air ventilation in the bathroom started pumping through the smell of cooked breakfasts at about 7am (burnt toast mostly) which is either a flaw or by deliberate design (stayed in room 608 in case that can be fixed).
Bed was comfortable enough though no extra blankets were available in the room and I was slightly chilly overnight. The window does open and close and could do with a clean though I understand that that night be complicated on the 6th floor.
Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful! Bless him he did try and find me a face mask from their little shop downstairs but they had run out.
Breakfast is pretty decent, freshly squeezed orange juice, the cakes and pastries were reasonably fresh and there was a non-dairy alternative (soy milk) for cereal. I didn't try the cooked breakfast.

La pulizia e l'accoglienza .
Infatti ho riprenotato ad Aprile altre due notti.

Cons:

L' unica cosa ritengo che con lo stesso prezzo ci vorrebbe la colazione inclusa, visto che comunque non é una zona centrale.

Il Personale che fa la differenza
Pros:

Voglio fare una menzione particolare al personale, in reception e in sala colazioni: giovani, sorridenti, educati, disponibili, quello che si vorrebbe sempre trovare appena si varca la soglia di ingresso di un albergo e che spesso non esiste neanche in strutture molto più prestigiose. Bravi, complimenti a voi e chi gestisce l’hotel per aver curato questo aspetto così importante.

Cons:

Assolutamente sbagliato non poter fare colazione prima delle 7,00 . La struttura è principalmente per gente che lavora e la colazione dovrebbe essere possibile almeno dalle 6,30.
