Ci siamo fermati una sola notte per lavoro, ma è un posto incantevole, ed in coppia sarebbe stato ancora più apprezzato. Location da sogno, letto comodissimo, silenzioso, pulizia impeccabile, cordialità e professionalità del personale. Colazione ottima. Non potevamo chiedere di più

Pros:

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in einem ehemaligen Konvent. Wunderbar die alten Räume. Das Zimmer war ausreichend für eine Nacht, hatte alles was man braucht, war leider etwas hellhörig.
Unser Highlight war das tolle Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Adriaküste.

Inakzeptabel !
Pros:

Die gesamte Hotelanlage wäre grundsätzlich sehr schön.
Unser Zimmer war ausserhalb des Areals, das war uns bewusst aber unproblematisch.

Cons:

Wegen verspäteter Fährankunft sind wir erst um 19.50 angekommen. ( Reception offen bis 20.00) Nach Zimmerbezug gingen wir auswärts Abendessen, kehrten um 22.30 zurück. Nach jedem Gebrauch stellt die sehr laute WC- Spülung ca. 1 Std oder länger nicht mehr ab. Die Abtrennung WC - Schlafraum besteht nur aus einer Glasabtrennung, was die lauten Geräusche nur minimal reduziert.
Beim Auschecken war die Chefin keinesfalls willig, uns eine angemessene Reduktion zu gewähren. Bei über Booking. com gebuchten Zimmer wäre das nicht möglich! Lediglich Kurtaxe 6E und eine Flasche Wein = total ca. 15E wurde nachgelassen. Für eine Hotelanlage dieser Klasse völlig inakzeptabel!!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt 👍
Pros:

Ein absoluterTraum! Sehr freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierter Check-in. Es gibt verschiedene Kategorien der Zimmer, unseres befand sich innerhalb der Burgmauern. Wir wurden mit unserem Gepäck mit einem Elektro-Car direkt zu unserem Quartier gefahren. Die Zimmereinrichtung zeigt höchste Qualität. Das Badezimmer ist mit Farblichtern und Regenstrahl-Dusche ausgestattet.
Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Kostenloser, sicherer Parkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel. Innerhalb der Burgmauern befinden sich verschiedene Geschäfte , Bars und Restaurants.
Herzlichen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Struttura perfetta e perfettamente inserita a Gradara. Buona colazione. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina. Parcheggio interno alla struttura gratuito è un ottimo plus.

Perfect… cannot wait to return.

The staff were exceptionally professionally and polite and helpful.
Location… perfect. So beautiful.
Food was excellent.
Fabulous communication.
Stunning sunset.

Cons:

The pool needs the tiles sorting.
The air conditioning unit in room 15 is noisy and may need a service.
Preferred being in the monastery bedrooms.
I would have preferred to eat breakfast outside taking in the view.
