La vue exceptionnlle
Personale gentilissimo, struttura ben curata e c’era una cura attenta ad ogni dettaglio, il panorama è veramente mozzafiato, ritorneremo con piacere
We just stayed at this lovely B&B and we were very impressed. The B&B is a former convent that has been totally refurbished and modernised, yet it still retains its old-world charm. The attentive staff went out of their way to make for a comfortable experience and made us feel at home. The location is just perfect: peaceful and tranquil, yet close to local attractions. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and exceptional hospitality.
When a wedding was held on the property during our stay, we were not informed that areas that had previously been common areas for hotel guests were now reserved for the wedding party. It was disappointing that there was no communication, which impacted our experience. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its communication of event arrangements so that all guests are aware.

La camera troppo piccolina
Everything it’s absolutely beautiful, well kept, blissfully peaceful and very special. We stayed in the main building and it was a very short walk into the castle which was also amazing with gorgeous little restaurants and cobbled streets. The sunset was amazing over the whole property and the views all around the grounds and over Rimini were beautiful.

Bellissima la posizione delle camere all' interno del castello. Moderna e confortevole la nostra, anche se ci aspettavamo un design più "medievale".
La struttura.Antico convento splendidamente restaurato.
La camera, piccolissima, come appoggio solo una sedia, distante circa cento metri dalla struttura principale. All' arrivo, dopo aver affrontato la salita, con un po' di scale dal parcheggio, ci hanno accompagnato con un'auto elettrica in dotazione all' hotel. Al mattino dopo, con i bagagli la discesa a piedi. Per nostra sfortuna pioveva. Stessa situazione dalla reception al parcheggio, stavolta in discesa con bagagli e il rischio di scivolare dalle scale esterne. A piedi, siamo over 70 e non ce lo aspettavamo da un hotel di quel livello.

The location is fantastic. Gradara is an interesting and beautiful place to visit with plenty of good value, excellent eateries. Hotel staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful.
Our family stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nights in main building, Conventino. On last night were kept awake by terrible loud music from nearby venue until 3.00 in the morning. No warning or apology from hotel. This is nothing new and is referenced by other reviewers elsewhere, so they knew.
Breakfast is ok but definitely not ‘great’ unless you eat lots of cake.
Only 1 small bottle of water in rooms. If you want any more pay for it from the mini bar.
Both safes not working and not fixed after asking.
Ottima posizione per visita Gradara, pulizia ottima e location, vecchio convento del1560, ottimamente restaurata.

Struttura carica di fascino e di storia ma con servizi da hotel di lusso quale effettivamente e’.
Posizione comodissima per passeggiare in centro a Gradara , parcheggio comodissimo.
