長旅の疲れ休み
Pros:

部屋は清潔感があり、特にベッドは寝心地が良かった。
安価でしたし、家族と隣同士にしていただけるなど配慮していただいたので、過ごしやすかったです

Cons:

エレベーターが2台しかなく、昇降しようとしても満員なことが多くて見送るしかないことが何度もあった。
コインランドリーが少ない。

親切な接客が気持ち良いホテルでした
Pros:

スタッフの対応が非常に良く、満足のいく宿泊ができた。

Cons:

朝食付きプランを予約したと思っていたが、そうではなかった。（予約アプリ使用）
自分のチェックイン時の手続きに不備があったのだろうと思うが、機械ではなくスタッフとの対人でのチェックインであれば防げたかなと思うと少し残念に思う。

Good location and close to the station

Cons:

Hotel did not make me aware it was under construction before I booked and there were very loud noises right under my bed for hours, would have booked elsewhere if I had been given the chance to be aware of this
