Great location, great experience, my group of 9 worked great!
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Very nice cooked to order breakfast. Seating is limited. If you are a group of 20 or more & everyone eats breakfast, it may take a while.

More updated rooms. More sitting areas for breakfast to handle more people.

Muito boa relação custo/benefício e bem localizado.Equipe do hotel extremamente cordial e atenciosos
Pros:

Café da manhã a la carte, tudo quentinho e bem feito. A localização é excelente pq é possível fazer tudo a pé pelo centro de Cozumel. Acesso muito próximo ao ferry e aos bares, restaurantes e lojas.

Cons:

As janelas do quarto eram gigantes (pelo próprio desenho arquitetônico), só faltou uma cortina blackout, pois a que tinha era de tecido e não barrava luminosidade.

Limpieza, cómodo, personal amable, almuerzo a la carta incluído.
Buena ubicación, a media cuadra del ferry

Cons:

Pues me tocó que en mi estancia están remodelando habitaciones, ruido en el día por los trabajos y que están cambiando el ascensor, pero están mejorando para bien.

Volveremos Cozumel
Pros:

El personal es súper agradable.
Las habitaciones son muy amplias.
La ubicación es perfecta, 3 minutos caminando desde el barco sin pérdida.
El desayuno de cortesía delicioso.

Cons:

Las bases de la cama son de cemento entonces no se pueden mover la camas. Cuando vas con un niño o un bebé es complicado poner una “barrera” pa que no se puede mover la cama.

Excelente localização
Pros:

Gostamos muito da localização, principalmente por viajar com uma criança de 3 anos, o ferry fica a 200 metros, o café da manhã é muito bom , as instalações funcionaram muito bem ( ar condicionado, geladeira, chuveiro).
