El desayuno nos encanto igual que la alberca y el servicio de limpiesa de cuartos

En el check in el trato que nos dio de bienvenida el sr.Daniel Mosquite no fue el mejor deberia tratar al turismo con mas amabilidad no me fui del hotel porque no devuelven el dinero la segunda vez que lo vimos igual la manera que se comporta no fue la mejor no lo veo apto para tratar al huesped como se debe tratar y así regresar siempre al mismo hotel yo me paso cada mes en Conzumel y no regreso mas al hotel Plaza para no tener que toparme mas con esta persona.

Cons:

Durch die Nähe zu den Restaurants ist es sehr laut nachts. Bis ca. 1 Uhr nachts wird man lautstark beschallt.

Pros:

The hotel is big enough but still cozy and feels like home! Seniora Amelia at the reception was very kind and friendly! Everything we needed or asked she helped us. In general, the staff at the hotel are very welcoming and helpful! The room was big enough, the wifi worked well, and the pressure in the bathroom was good. Breakfast is really worth it, it's not a buffet, you order and they cook for you immediately so it is fresh and hot and tasty. The pool is great! Bottom line - definitely recommend!

Location is central. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel was under renovation, but right next to our room. Whole floor was covered with dust and noise all day and the hallway feels very dirty and outdated.
Staff in the breakfast area was not nicest and also in the reception. Pictures don't present the reality at all.
It was the worst place we stayed in Mexico.

Great location, great experience, my group of 9 worked great!
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Very nice cooked to order breakfast. Seating is limited. If you are a group of 20 or more & everyone eats breakfast, it may take a while.

More updated rooms. More sitting areas for breakfast to handle more people.

Muito boa relação custo/benefício e bem localizado.Equipe do hotel extremamente cordial e atenciosos
Pros:

Café da manhã a la carte, tudo quentinho e bem feito. A localização é excelente pq é possível fazer tudo a pé pelo centro de Cozumel. Acesso muito próximo ao ferry e aos bares, restaurantes e lojas.

Cons:

As janelas do quarto eram gigantes (pelo próprio desenho arquitetônico), só faltou uma cortina blackout, pois a que tinha era de tecido e não barrava luminosidade.
