A damage deposit of AUD 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Location was very good.
No vacuum cleaning under the bed. Old sock etc. The first apartment had an enclosed bed, I am disabled and could not get onto the bed. The second apartment was much better, and liveable
Retrieving Key and Garage door fob was easy, Room clean and comfortable. Location is close to city and was perfect for what I had to do. Kitchen well appointed if I had needed to use it. Quiet location.
Shower above bath. Something I cannot use due to mobility issues. But AP&C in the handbasin good to go.
