就是一個來滑雪的飯店，六樓大浴場的戶外浴場非常棒，但可惜沒有體驗到按摩

Cons:

飯店很像迷宮，我們這次房間位置也非常遙遠。飯店各項設施(浴場、餐廳)也有可能是在跟主建築距離遙遠的地方
服務人員很難講清楚指路，滿困擾的。早餐如果是去Buffet 非常非常擠，經常拿不到甚麼東西吃，但是非常多選擇
趕著上滑雪課的話建議吃雪花亭

As expected but hoping for more given to pricing.
Pros:

The 3 options were included breakfast. Ski in/ ski out. Onsen while a walk to get there was nice and tattoo friendly.

Cons:

Rooms while good size for Japan were in need of updates. Staff could be rude at times. Check in was a maze to get to and difficult with gear. No help offered by bell desk / greeter. Equipment lockers did not have boot dryers.

Convenient and comfortable but rather impersonal.
Pros:

Great location so ski in ski out and the onsen is lovely.

Cons:

Can be expensive to dine in one of their restaurants but we discovered quite late there are others down the road but make sure you book.

Loved it. Like its own world.
Pros:

The place is gigantic, we dont have hotels like this in Australia.

Its like its own city.

So much to do to keep you busy, dozens of restaurants, dozens of activities.
