Great stay, location and friendly staff
Pros:

Amazing place! Great location, staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Great for kids, lots to do for them! Food was great, and so many different types of food for all budgets! Will definitely go back!

Pros:

Food was fine, the onsen was nice. Overall a mid-tier hotel. It is huge and a local tourist attraction for skiing and i assume the amusement park in the summer.

A gem hidden in the mountains
Pros:

Prime location and fantastic employees the non English speaking folk were very patient and attentive to serving our issues to the best of their abilities.

Cons:

The facility is a maze and the front desk employees did a great job of filling us in upon arrival however more information/facility maps provided pre-arrival would alleviate a huge amount of stress and guess work. Things such as parking and arrival protocol would have saved my group a whole lot of dragging heavy expensive gear around.

Nice resort for relax & enjoy winter.
Pros:

Dinner & breakfast was good. Good quality & varieties.

Cons:

Winter activities were expensive. Nothing special of the onsen.

Dienstleisung ist in jeglicher Hinsicht entäuschend.
Cons:

Wenn man will, dass das Bett jeden Tag gemacht wird (Ich meine nicht frisch bezogen) wird muss man zusätzlich dafür bezahlen. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Unser Zimmer wurde nie vor 15.00 Uhr gereinigt und auch das nur alle zwei Tage.
Das Hotel wirbt mit "Ski in Ski out", das stimmt nur wenn man Anfänger ist. Alle anderen Ski- Snowboarder müssen den Berg mittels Gondel wechseln , die bereits bei wenig Wind nicht mehr in Betrieb ist.

とても充実していました。
Pros:

スキーに来たのですが、途中体調を壊し室内で過ごす必要がありましたが、アクティビティが多く、スキーだけでなく、いろいろなことができて家族で楽しめるところが良かったと思います。

Pros:

就是一個來滑雪的飯店，六樓大浴場的戶外浴場非常棒，但可惜沒有體驗到按摩

Cons:

飯店很像迷宮，我們這次房間位置也非常遙遠。飯店各項設施(浴場、餐廳)也有可能是在跟主建築距離遙遠的地方
服務人員很難講清楚指路，滿困擾的。早餐如果是去Buffet 非常非常擠，經常拿不到甚麼東西吃，但是非常多選擇
趕著上滑雪課的話建議吃雪花亭
