Pros:

予約時に無料の空港送迎をお願いしてて時間通りにネームボードを待っていてくれてセキュリティーもしっかりしていて安心できました。

朝食が7:00からで朝7:00にツアーのピックアップが来る予定をチェックインの時に言ったらパックに詰めて渡してくれました。

結局ツアー会社のミスで9:00になりましたがコーヒーも出してくれて、英語が苦手な私に代わって電話してくれたりスタッフがとても親切でした。

清潔でWiFiも快適で、またガーナに来る予定があるので是非泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました^_^

Pros:

L'albergo è davvero bello, pulito e accogliente, in una ottima posizione vicino all'aereoporto, ai mall di Accra e a diversi locali.
Il personale è gentile e molto accogliente.
Offrono un servizio di pick up e di accompagnamento all'aereoporto, che ho davvero gradito.
Al mio arrivo, probabilmente perché l'albergo non era pieno, mi hanno dato una camera più bella di quella che avevo prenotato, senza farmi pagare di più.
Lo consiglio vivamente.

Cons:

Forse migliorerei la colazione, ma capisco anche che, essendoci pochi ospiti, sarebbe stato uno spreco preparare un buffet.

The Hotel you can call a home
Pros:

I was going to gate keep this place so they don’t get over crowded but with the good customer care they have, I believe they need all the Attention. We were greeted by their driver at the airport with a friendly smile who held my daughter for me as we got out of a long flight. He helped with luggages and got us to the hotel. Upon reaching the Hotel we were greeted by a friendly gentleman at the reception who got us settled. We needed food but it was late meaning the kitchen was closed but the driver took us to Osu out of convenience to buy our food and returned us back to the hotel safely. Our room was spacious with 2 beds for the family of 4. The room had all the amenities, with a lot of water provided. Securities were available. Other staffs were all friendly and provided support when needed with a great smile on their faces. Kudos to their manager as I can clearly see that they have trained their staffs very well. Mindindi Hotel deserves all the greatness coming to them. Thank you for a lovely stay and I’ll be back there anytime I’m in Accra.

Pros:

Conveniently located close to the airport. I was picked up after arriving with a late flight. Next morning the driver brought me to the long-distance bus station and helped me buying the ticket. Very friendly staff!
