El. Agua caliente muy tibia

No tenia todos los implementos puestos (freegobar, caja fuerte, toallas de manos) y tuve que estar pidiendo y esperando. Ademas no me dieron la factura y no contestan los mail “nuevos” que dan como respuesta en booking.

The TV was a pain, think its time for an upgrade. The Pool area balcony closes too early. The omlet station functioned once during the entire week, this needs to be more consistent. .

Detalles el gancho para toallas estaba dañado si colgaba la toalla se caía, la jabonera del baño también estaba dañada estaba floja y se salía de la pared, las que personas que limpian no limpiaron la cafetera y al parecer solo arreglaron las camas.

No tenía cableado el n televisor

Hago mi reserva de cumpleaños con tiempo de anticipación para 9 personas (3 habitaciones) mantengo un código de reserva y una confirmación , pero al llegar según ellos no tenían la reserva por ningún lado , según el hotel las reservas de booking no les caen a ellos en el sistema ENTONCES QUE HACEN DISPONIBLES EN LA APLICACIÓN? Esto me hizo perder el tiempo, además que entonces no tenían una solución porque no tenían habitaciones, y tuve que con todos mis invitados buscar otra opción de ya para ya , por ende no es confiable reservar con ellos por esta aplicación ya que si llegan personas antes no importa tu reserva venderán la habitación. Aunque tú check in sea a las 3 y estés ahí antes !

I arrived at 10pm after traveling from 6 am and was informed I could not stay at the hotel due to an electrical problem. I was never informed of this by call or message before arrival. The staff was kind enough to book me into a hotel nearby and had a driver take me there however it was not a comparable hotel but it was the same cost. To top it off, all my tours booked for my stay had pick-up at Victoria. The staff promised me a driver to transfer me from the secondary hotel to Victoria for my tours. Never received a driver and walked each day to Victoria's lobby to not miss my tours. From the check-in experience to each day waiting in the lobby I noticed people/ groups coming and going so wasn't sure why I had been turned away and was not accommodated.

Tuvimos que reclamar toallas de manos, caja fuerte y frigobar que no saben porque no tenia.
No tenia vasos ni pasta de dientes.

I love the pool on the rooftop however, the painting around the pool edge needs some touch up and the painting is coming off

Wände können überarbeitet werden im. Im Bad funktionierte der Abzug nicht.

I was told there was no room available due to something wrong with the floor. Not very convincing answer. There was no email alerting me before I arrive at the lobby. Bad management.

I’m assuming most guest are there for short stays, as a result much attention is not paid to the pool area, because while there, everyday we visited the pool it was dirty, so we never went in.

Our room also didn’t have a microwave, but I never asked why (because of past experience with another hotel in Panama), but that would have been a plus.

For some reason also…not a big deal…even when we turned off the AC unit the room was still very cold but we got accustomed to it compared to the outside temperature on the street; so we assumed the hotel had a general atmosphere temperature.

The shower was not the best, water pressure was disappointing.

A side note I have learned from visiting Panama so many times…I will always book suites and pay for upgrades but when I check into hotels they always give me basic rooms and Victoria Hotel and Suites did the same thing, but once I went back to front desk they gave me the room I paid for, but this is the third time that this has happened to me so I don’t know if they are to be blamed or the booking company.
