Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 and they weren’t ready until much later than 4 which put us out a bit
we have stayed here several times now. the rooms are comfortable and the location cant be beat.
This is a great hotel lots of room very aesthetically pleasing. Has washer and dryer. It’s a nice place. Only downside is it’s really not in comfortable walking distance of shopping or the beach but it’s worth it to drive. There’s not really a front office but they make up for it and provide most of what you need with a great message system and friendly staff.

They must get new bath towels. It’s a blind spot with the ownership. All else is great but this very simple shortcoming is an important one. Put obtuse on the shelf and just invest in the towels. You’re better than that. You have a great Inn on 30A

The place was nice and secure. Room for improvement would be hiring a cleaning company that knows how to do their job.
Uuwashed sheets, dirty fans. Dining table leg broken No one on site to supervise We cannot give 30A Inn and Suites a positive recommendation.
Tried to check in @ 3:45, people were still in the room. Came back at 8:00pm, door alarm was going off. Changed rooms. At 2:53, I heard dripping, AC unit covered the floor with water. Sent you pics. Tried to take a shower, shower handle to turn on water was broken. Put me in my third room. Overall, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my travels.
Be prepared that thee is no office to check in. Once you complete the online check in you are suppose to get an email to give you entry instructions. Ever received it so I had to call someone out of state to help. Received a recording that they would have to call me back. Room was hard to find.
Quiet conviently located to Topsail Rec area and freeway. Staff and managment were very responsive. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Nice and clean, plenty of room. Would like a slightly better mattress, but it wasn’t too terrible if you’re young with a good back. :)
