Outstanding in every way
Pros:

One night stay prior to super early DCA flight. Modern and sophisticated hotel with great location. Rooms are great and Italian restaurant is fantastic. But what makes this place magnificent is the people. From entering the front door I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and proactive elite service. The live music is a big hit too. Special recognition to Lakenya at checkin. She exhibited superior professionalism, kindness, and grace. I beautiful representative of this property and Marriott as a broader organization. Finally, Rocky at the bar exceeded expectations. Just a 1st class guy who cares about the guests. As all the staff we interfaces with did.

Nice rooms and a great location
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. It was super easy to get to the airport or loads of places in Arlington/Crystal City. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of counter space in the bathrooms. The elevators are a little slow, which makes it tough when there are so many large groups staying at the hotel and no way to use the stairs. Loved that the shampoo/conditioner/soap is all in refillable bottles to help the environment. It's a good quality chain hotel in a great location.

DCA-adjacent property, great staff
Pros:

I was very impressed with this property. Staff was super nice. The Metro shuttle bus/van is very convenient. Club level has an awesome view of DCA. Normal room.

Decent option at DCA Airport
Pros:

The Renaissance is incredibly convenient to both DCA Airport and Pentagon City. It is about the closest property to the DCA terminals. The shuttle service to DCA is convenient, but the airport is also close enough that I chose to walk, which takes about 20 minutes. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member, I was given a clean king-size room. However, the room had no view, despite having explicitly booked a city view room.

Overall good price however you gonna make up for that in the parking make sure you just clean and sanitize everything.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, it was in a pretty good location.

Cons:

He had to pay $49 a day for parking. Also, I cleaned the floors up upon arrival in the bathroom in the walkway and they were dirty.

Clean, Comfortable Stay
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights and the room was very clean. We were on the fourth floor and had a great view. It was really cool to see the airport from our window. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate the breakfast buffet downstairs both mornings. We felt it was pretty good food. Great place to walk around. We did not use the fitness center, but we walked through it and it was a gorgeous fitness center that seemed to go on forever in a good way. There was a roof lounge area on the third floor unfortunately it started raining when we wanted to go out on it. Overall, it was a great experience. It was very easy to Uber around to all of our necessary destinations. We opted in for a king size bed, and it was very comfortable.
