Pros:

Personale molto disponibile, struttura centrale, comodo il parcheggio vicino dove si può stare 24 con un loro permesso.

Cons:

Rapporto qualità prezzo da migliorare. 150 euro una notte a Faenza sono tanti per quel tipo di hotel.
A mio parere tengono meno personale di quello necessario. Per la colazione c'era una sola signora (bravissima) a doversi occupare di tutto e non poteva arrivare ovunque. Faceva i cappuccini, li portava al tavolo, cucinava le uova e bacon, ecc. Nonostante la bravura il buffett non era al top. Quando è cosi significa che si vuole fare troppo ma con poche persone.
