Hotel is 30 minute walk from ben tanh market on a straight road which is great. Nice area and felt safe. The hotel generally was ok but definitely not 4 star. Limited breakfast options, no safe in room, unsafe loose plugs and the bathroom drains not consistent. So overall an ok stay in a good area as we spend little time within the hotel itself.

Good location but the hotel rooms got poor sound proof and is very noisy in the morning. You can hear door bang sound

I killed too many roaches in my room. Coming from the drain in bathroom and front door.
Restroom not clean
Our reservation was cancelled due to an apparent ( no electricity) in our room. ( not likely true!) Although a huge tour arrived with no problem. No notice to us - all this after arriving from Europe. Then eventually gave us a room in a terrible hotel, which meant missing arriving for a family dinner which was arranged long in advance. Terrible and disrespectful. Dismissive.

Good hotel room and spacious but the area was a bit off. Good service.
Comfy room but cold shower, not as convenient to move around, must call Grab each time.

The property location was good, room was very specious
We arrived on the first day informed that air conditioning is faulty so they transported us to their other hotel. Came back the next day, one room’s airconditioning is still faulty. Reported it two days in a row but hotel couldn’t fix it. Given the hot weather and temp in HCM even at night, it was not a great experience.
The staffs and services are very nice. The breakfast was nice. The cleanness is good, but 1 thing need to improve is the towers should be change for newer.

Good location, great staffs service and attitude. Breakfast is decent. The only that lowers the grade is from the condition of the room. The door lock does not work well and has been in that condition for a long time and the owner does care to replace it. When I closed the door, the lock did not lock it automatically as it’s supposed to do so and let it unlocked for two days until I found out and called the front desk and it is still not changed!! The TV did not work, even though the repair man came fixed then switched TV to the one next room (poor guy!) and it still does not work!! On the hotel amenities’ list, it said it has a gym but in fact it does not have it and still does not correct the misleading info!
Got a free upgrade due to air-conditioning not working at the hotel. Service was good and the hotel was clean. Only thing that was bad was the bed was very hard.
Staff was friendly, fluent english speaker at reception desk.
