The property is in a strategic position. The area is quiet and served by many shops and restaurants. Close to the weather stop. There is a swimming pool and a fitness room. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Tajul is one of the best! I will be back

Kind hotel staff, super-clean, close to Mall of Emirates, would recommen to anyone.

We were welcomed warmly and given our room, however it was very strong with the smell of smoking. Reception contacted us to check if we were happy but we explained the situation and they kindly arranged another room for us. The replacement room was clean but basic and upon checking the bathroom etc left little to be pleased with. However the staff were very friendly and the attached cafe was quite pleasant. The bathroom was in the worst state and desperately in need of renovations. It was very disappointing and expensive for what it offered particularly for a rated 4 star hotel. We have stayed in several Hotel in Dubai over the years and unfortunately, We cannot recommend this property

The room was spacious enough for our family of four, with one bedroom featuring two beds and an extra bed added in the living room for the kids. The closet provided ample storage space. The living room was well-equipped with a dining table that comfortably seated 4 to 6 people, a couch, and a coffee table. Additionally, the room included a washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack, fridge, and microwave.

The hotel maintains a pleasant fragrance and is impeccably clean. It also demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental sustainability through its dedicated program.

Regarding breakfast beverages, the hotel offers orange juice and coffee. For those with children who prefer milk or hot chocolate, you may consider purchasing these items and storing them in the in-room refrigerator.

The hotel's location is highly convenient, being less than a 10-minute walk from the Mall of the Emirates and 5 stations from the Burj Khalifa/Dubai mall. Additionally, it is within walking distance of two metro stations on the red line. The surrounding area boasts numerous shops, including some that are open 24/7.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the staff during our stay at Auris Boutique Hotel Dubai. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the team. Special thanks to the receptionists, coffee shop staff and cleaning team led by Tajul. Thank you also to the lifeguard for his vigilance and dedication to ensuring the safety of the kids at the pool.

The entire hotel staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, making our stay both comfortable and memorable and we are grateful for their efforts.

We look forward to returning to Auris Boutique Hotel Dubai in the future and experiencing the same high level of service.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the receptionist and cleaning team at Auris From the moment I walked in the receptionist at midnight Mr.Syam greeted me with the warmest smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless. Whether it was answering questions, providing helpful information, or just making me feel valued as a guest they truly set the tone for an exceptional visit.

The cleaning team Mr Tajul deserves just as much praise. The entire space was spotless, organized, and inviting. It’s clear that he take immense pride in his work because every corner of the facility was impeccably maintained. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed from sparkling surfaces to fresh smelling rooms, everything felt clean and cared for. It’s rare to see such dedication and consistency in maintaining such high standards.

Great service by all including front desk staff and cleaning services. Chetan and Jasim at front desk were very helpful as was Nabin who helped with luggage. Rooms and bed were comfortableand clean. Bathroom and gym could be upgraded. Very convenient to have Hotspot cafe within the hotel. All up a very good experience.

Prime location, between two metro stations with all you need is around you. Emirates Mall is right next door. Many thanks to the Front Office Staff & Management especially Mr Gurpreet who is so caeing.. Housekeeping was great thanks to Mr Tajul who took care of my Apartment.. will surely be back 😁

Amazing great and lovely experience.mr jaserm and cleaning staff plus security guy are all great .its home away frkm home feeling thanks to all staff .the cafe inside was also very goid and nice taste.brilliant experience with lovely memories.

It’s a good option for a family with children. Close to metro and many restaurants. We stayed there few days . Only problem we had was wi-fi issue. Service was good. Rooms were clean. Front desk and guide desk was helpful . Overall, loved it. I would recommend for this hotel/apartment.

We had great stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is near metro and mall of emirates so it's great. Tajul from housekeeping is great guy. Travel agent from the hotel also helped with the ticket bookings.Overall experience was excellent!

It was a nice and comfy feeling to have a clean and maintained serviced apartment. Mr. Ammad and Mr. Kamran tried their best to keep the standards up to the mark... thanks to the staff who were very nice and friendly too... will visit again soon...

The hotel is a great place to stay, quiet , clean always. The pillow is so smooth that you can easily fall asleep . Kitchen ware is also very comfortable to use, that’s why I love to cook every time I’m in hotel room , you feel like I’m in my own kitchen .

Had a great stay at Auris Boutique Hotel recently for 14 nights. Everything went smoothly from checkin to checkout. Pool staff and especially cleaning Kamran and Aemad were really cooperative and available 24/7.

Location was excellent with decent dining options. Walkable distance to metro was a plus.

Hotel staff was very supportive and have amazing behaviour specially Tajul Islam and Musharraf.

It was a good time staying in your hotel.

And I want to mention 1 thing and that is you should provide with proper coffee/Tea shashe along with a water bottel as these are the few essential thing that you can easily provide to your guests.

I had a wonderful stay at the Auris boutique hotel apartment in Al barsha1. The location is fantastic just a 5 minute walk to the Mall of Emirates and within easy walking distance to the metro station. The staff at auris boutique hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr Tajul for his outstanding care and attention to both us and other guests. I would definitely recommend this service apartment to friends and family.
