I had the best time here ! The staff [Harry, Peach and Tracey] were so sweet and accommodating 🥹 I really felt like family at their hotel and they made my birthday so special!

Great little gem of a Hotel in Hanoi
Pros:

The Hotel is very close to the action in the Old Quarter but far enough from the real hustle and bustle. Literally everything you need is walking distance. It looks ordinary from the outside but once inside it is an impeccable hotel - boutique in style with a lovely ambience.
The included breakfast was truly enjoyable...a very good selection of dishes to cater to all tastes.
Staff were super accommodating and helpful.
We spent two nights on two separate occasions between cruising Lan Ha Bay and will return at the end of the month for one night before heading home.
Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay again when in Hanoi.

2nd time staying on two split stays. Great hotel and staff
Pros:

We stayed here 3 years ago and rebooked for June 2026. Super good communication from Annie and they organised an airport pick up and drop off really well. They even sorted our Visas for us. Both times we stayed two nights then away for 2 nights in Halong Bay and back for a night. The location is a great base close to wonderful massage places such as 1990 spa and food places and also grab seems to find it ok.
They have a sister hotel L Signature with the rooftop restaurant Luna which is a nice spot for a night out. Special thanks to the lovely door staff that go out of their way to help you, especially to the guy that took alot of interest in New Zealand (kiwis). We had two different rooms on our stay and the 2nd option on the 4th floor was better, less view but a better room and shower. thanks for the nice stay

Hotel is well located in central Hanoi. Our room was also upgraded to a bigger one-am very grateful for that! =)

The hotel staff are very genuine and respectful. They go all out to help us with our luggage and also assist us with our transportation back to airport.
Thankful for their great service. 👍🏾👍🏾

Cons:

For our Muslim travellers, please note that there's actually no halal meal provided except for vegetarian. Therefore, this hotel may not be suitable for you.

Even if u opt to eat the eggs, they are cooked on the same pan which was used to prepare omelette with bacon meat.

Amazing staff at comfortable hotel in great location.

My son and I had a very pleasant time during our stay at The Imperial Hotel & Spa this May and June of 2026. The hotel is clean, comfortable, charming, and well located. The friendly, polite, and enthusiastic staff are very professional and helpful. The staff know the area well and have great suggestions for activities in Ha Noi.
