Super Aufenthalt nichts zu beanstanden.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und von der Altstadt gut zu erreichen.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, welches sich auch die Geburtstage der Gäste merkt.

Das Hotel ist aufjedenfall eine Empfehlung wert in Hanoi.

Das Frühstück ist auch sehr vielfältig. Im ganzen ein super Hotel

The room we booked was on the cheap side, but it was next to the housekeeping quarters so it was quite noisy in the mornings around 6am

Pros:

The location is the best. Super convenient. Walking distance to almost everything and everywhere. Staff were great too.

Cons:

The entrance is kinda weird. Banh mi store blocking and heaps of motorbikes parked in the front.

The Imperial Hotel and Spa, a tucked away hidden gem.
Pros:

The hustle and bustle of Hanoi's old quarter can be overwhelming, the Imperial Hotel and Spa is a hidden gem that relaxes the soul and slows the pace down. The friendly and professional staff excude a calming and welcoming vibe and provide excellent guidance in getting around and seeing the incredible sights within Hanoi and the surrounding area. Special thanks to John, the hotel travel agent who arranged our day trips, train travels and transportation requirements. John went above and beyond with all these arrangements which left us relaxed and able to soak up the wonders of Vietnam.

Cons:

There is nothing I could find fault with at the hotel. Our stay was fantastic. The location of the hotel is perfect for staying in the Old Quarter of Hanoi but if your eyes are not sharp you just might walk by this hidden gem without knowing it.

Das Imperial Hotel und Spa ist ein schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt in einer Nebenstraße. Wir waren das zweite mal hier und wurden nie enttäuscht. Es ist mit allem ausgerüstet was man braucht. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß und funktionell eingerichtet.
