Pros:

The location is perfect.

Breakfast and dinner are good, but quite expensive relative to other restaurants.

Cons:

For hotel in this price range, we would expect all of the following which weren't at the property:
- More than a half liter of bottled water
- Tissue and Lotion in the bathroom
- Towel Bars and robe hooks
- Complimentary coffee for guests

My stay at the hotel was pleasant
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es fantástica. La habitación que me asignaron fue muy bulliciosa porque estaba al lado del lobby. Tuve que pedir que colocaran una cortina porque no tenia la cobertura de madera la ventana y la luz y ruido entraban demasiado. Para el precio que se pagó no fue lo que esperaba. No me dieron información del hotel y por el precio deberían incluir desayuno ya que la competencia en su mayoría si lo ofrece.

Cons:

Deben revisar que las habitaciones estén completamente bien pues la ventana hacia el corredor no tenía puerta de madera y la luz de la manana y el ruido era muy fuerte . Deberían ofrecer desayuno como parte de la estadía y dar información del hotel a la llegada de los huéspedes

Great location and beautiful, charming hotel
Pros:

Location is great, right in the middle of Antigua. The hotel grounds are beautiful and have great views of the volcanoes from the rooftop. The team was able to coordinate several rides for us - from the airport and to/from Lake Atitlan which was very helpful! We ate one night at the hotel restaurant and had a delicious chapin meal.

Cons:

The room is a bit dated, but that is part of the charm of the hotel. Despite it being dated, the room was very clean.
