La atención del personal es muy buenas, corteses y educados. Las instalaciones son impresionantes, jardines extraordinarios. La ubicación del sitio es inmejorable. La comida de los restaurantes es buena.

Pros:

El Hotel es muy bonito, pero considero que las camas mínimo deberian de ser Queen, ya que las dos habitaciones que me mostraron eran con camas matrimoniales

Cons:

No me gusto que no incluyeran el desayuno, ya que por el costo del hospedaje, mínimo deberian brindar un desayuno, al menos un desayuno básico (huevos, frijoles y plátanos y café) ahora bien, si el cliente quiere comer otro tipo de desayuno de los que ofrecen en el menú, pues ahí si es aceptable que el cliente pague por el cambio de desayuno.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, fantastic location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the center of Antigua. Walking distance to all the sights. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

We could hear the neighbours showering, which for some reason they kept doing at 3am, which was quite annoying.

The location is perfect.

Breakfast and dinner are good, but quite expensive relative to other restaurants.

Cons:

For hotel in this price range, we would expect all of the following which weren't at the property:
- More than a half liter of bottled water
- Tissue and Lotion in the bathroom
- Towel Bars and robe hooks
- Complimentary coffee for guests
