Great hotel location w/kitchenette & tiny shower
Pros:

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great. The single bed was not comfortable for a stomach or side sleeper. The showers where SO small that it was hard to shower. The rooms are modern, small, clean and the fridge, stove and sink are amazing! Despite the tiny shower, I would totally recommend this hotel!

Pros:

Great location. Very easy when arriving by train and close to tram lines. Walkable to all the lovely bits of Nice. Easy checkin, nice desk staff. Bonus was it had a kitchette so I could make tea and breakfast. I was on the top floor. Aircon worked well. Strangely my room wasn't really cleaned the whole 5 nights I was there. They knocked on the door and offered me clean towels etc once but otherwise it never got done. Thankfully it was fairly clean to start with so not a huge problem. The sofa bed was comfortable, but there didn't really seem to be any way to put it up during the day. Having said that, a quiet hotel in a great location.

Central mini apartment
Pros:

Very pleased with this little find. Very friendly and helpful staff - who contacted me before I arrived to check on the time of arrival as they don't have 24hr reception. The staff let me check in early when I arrived as the room was ready. Room was small but ideal for travelling on your own for a short stay, was very clean, had all the basics in the small kitchen area and a pop up table and chair. The space was very cleverly used - a lot of shelving and enough hanging space to put your things. Bathroom shower was very good. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Location was really good - just off the main shopping street & near the main shopping mall- about 10-15 min walk from train station and 10-15 min walk from the beach. I would definitely stay there again

Great location, uncomfortable room.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the location was excellent. The bed was uncomfortable and the room is so small you will barely fit in your luggage. Overall, a decent budget hotel.

Worked for us, but nothing fancy
Pros:

Decent location easily walk to restaurants and bars without being right in the thick of it. I dropped something under the bed and gross. Let us have a little bit of a late check out which was appreciated. Not super friendly staff, but that's France.

A week in Nice
Pros:

The hotel is really adequate for the single traveller. It is located in the heart of Nice with excellent transport links.
It's location is off the main high street where there are countless shop & restaurants.
The beach is a 20-30 mins pleasant walk along the high street passing the shops & restaurants to the promanade de Anglais the main coastal strip of beach in Nice. The hotel is a self catering with a supermarket less than 5 mins away.On the high street as well as restaurants there is a Mc Donald's & a KFC so you have a variety of options regarding meals. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Will stay there again.

Budget friendly
Pros:

For a budget hotel and stay it was OK. The single bed rooms are indeed too small but the bathroom was standard size.

2 night city break cheap & cheerful
Pros:

This central hotel was an unexpected bonus . Although the rooms at first look were compact , they had everything required and the location was perfect for viewing all the sites of Nice on foot .

Great hotel
Pros:

It was a 2 night stay. The hotel is well positioned. I had a room with a single bed, so it was a small rooms, but it is adequate. The purpose of my short holiday was to see Nice, Monte Carlo and Ventimiglia, so didn't want to spend time in the room anyway. The shower is small so the shower curtain can touch you while showering (I hate that lol). Having said all that, i will stay in that hotel again. The reception staff was extremely friendly. I really liked them. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not it. If you are looking for a friendly and clean place where you sleep at night, then this is the perfect place given its staff and location. By the way, South Africa is going to beat France in the Rugby World Cup!!!! :)

Lovely stay at Petit Louvre
Pros:

I had a lovely time at Petit Louvre. I had a kitchenette with cutlery and plates and fridge freezer, my own bathroom, which was really very helpful. It was just me in a double room so it was spacious enough, although the bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was ok.

Very good location on the main street but quiet at night which was great. Only noise was people walking in the corridor as the walls are quite thin and so can hear if a door is slammed shut.

Close to the train station and lots of nearby tourist attractions. 99 or 98 bus to/ from airport via the Nice main train station.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, they will look after your bags before you check in and during the day if your flight is later. Great value for money, especially if you are travelling with friends! Would recommend this hotel and would stay again! Great!

Stay here, lovely
Pros:

Brilliant stay, fantastic hosts, great breakfast. I slept so well here and the local info given was great. Stay here, well worth it. Only thing I would do next time is get a taxi from the train station as I got lost which was totally my fault!

Quiet but close to everything
Pros:

Great budget hotel, quiet location but super close to main shopping strip and train station. 5-10min walk from beach.
Good air con, kitchenette was very handy. Shower curtain and cubicle a bit gross, but our shower head cracked and they replaced it instantly so the service here is great. Room initially seems quite crowded but you can fold the sofa bed up which creates space.

Decent place for a decent price
Pros:

The hotel is rather minimalistic, which depending on taste and expectations may or may not be a good thing - I don't need TV so it was fine that there wasn't one occupying precious space. The tables in the room could also be collapsed along the walls so that they don't take up space if not necessary. The kitchenette was a life saver on several late nights. Otherwise, it was a fairly practical setup. The AC didn't really cool properly so it was windows open all the way, which may be a bit noisy depending on the number of other ACs running in the building and nearby buildings. There was a fire emergency in the building next door, but the fire department and the hotel staff managed the situation fairly well, which is something you don't get to experience all too often. The price was reasonable given the summer season, it was pretty much a bargain really. The staff was friendly and helpful.
