Cons:

Il faisait 25 degrés dans la chambre et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas l’hiver. La chambre donne sur la rue en face des trains qui passent… tres bruyant, impossible d’ouvrir la fenetre. Impossible de dormir avec cette chaleur. Plainte formulee a la reception : sans effet

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück, freundlichem Personal, jedoch mit Sicherheitslücken

Sehr zentral, direkt beim Bahnhof.
Sehr schönes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Personal freundlich bis sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es hat weder einen Schrank noch eine Schublade, sondern nur eine offene Kleiderstange und eine Ablage.
Telefon im Zimmer wird wohl kaum gereinigt, es war ein langes schwarzes Haar daran.
Uns wurde spät abends ein bereits besetztes Zimmer gegeben. Der Gast wurde aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Wir erschracken und fragten uns natürlich ob wir dann sicher sind.
Rund um den Bahnhof Bellinzona gibt es leider rund um die Uhr Betrunkene, Drogenabhängige, Dealer und Obdachlose. Wir fühlten uns vor allem nachts nicht sicher und gingen daher kaum raus.
Wir wollten daher auch unser Zimmer von innen mit einem Türriegel abschliessen, leider ist aber keiner vorhanden. Daher für mich bezüglich Sicherheit ein Punkt Abzug.

Beim nächstes Mal Bellinzona definitiv wieder ins Internazionale
Pros:

Ein sehr gutes, schönes Hotel! Mit sehr nettem Personal, gutem Frühstück und direkt am Bahnhof. Ich hatte das Zimmer nach hinten raus und es war angenehm und leise.

Ein rundum gemütlicher Aufenthalt an absolut zentraler Lage - vor allem für Bahnreisende

Wir haben unsere gewünschten Zimmer mit Blick auf Castello etc. bekommen:-)
Und auch eine zweite Bettdecke lag für uns bereit

Gute Adresse, komme ich fix

Cons:

Es war carnaval. Bis 4.30 in der früh Stadtfest und Lärm. Habe nicht geschlafen. Im Aufzug sagte ein Plakat " wir entschuldigen uns...." , ja fein. Das Fest ist der Stadt herzlich gegönnt, aber ich musste um 8 frisch als Kursleiter auftraben. Man wusste vom Ungenach, und rechnete trotzdem die vollen 170 CHF ab. Liebe Betreiber, so nicht!
