Das Frühstück war extrem gut und das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich.Der Poolbereich war sehr sauber und gut beheizt ,allerdings war das Wasser im Pool recht frisch

Cons:

Wir hatten im gesamten Hotel leider kein WLAN und die Gegenstromanlage im Pool war leider defekt.

Wenn die Matratzen erneuert werden, kommen wir gern wieder.
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit dem Charme der guten alten Zeit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Bei der Buchung war nicht erkennbar, dass wir im Nebenhaus schlafen, welches optisch gar nicht zum Hotel dazugehört. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in exponierten Lage. Direkt an der einzigartigen und historischen Seebrücke der „Drei Kaiserbäder“. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden zuverlässig und gründlich gereinigt.
Das Frühstück ist top und die Eivariationen lassen keine Wünsche offen und es geht bis 12 Uhr ( dadurch auch ideal für Langschläfer ) . Der Spa-und Wellnessbereich ist hervorragend.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht sofort auf individuelle Bedürfnisse ein.

Obwohl wir den Geburtstag angegeben und um eine nette Tischdeko gebeten hatten,wurde dies vergessen,das hat uns doch sehr enttäuscht

Pros:

In diesem Hotel bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Eines der wenigen wirklich serviceorientierten Hotels an der Ostsee. Ein Traditionshaus in dem man sich von Anfang an wohlfühlt sei es, dass das Auto parkiert wird oder das Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht wird . Mein Hund wurde auch sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach grandios. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher!
