Allt var bra, det enda som skulle förhöjt vistelsen skulle vara ett ”samlingsrum” där man även kunde äta frukost inomhus

Läget, fina badrum, bra frukost fantastisk fin frukostläge…när det var varmt (tyvärr inte hela vår vistelse)

The best break we’ve had as a family!

Shabby small room with badly stained bed settee. Property suggests toiletries included but barely met this criteria. A sliver of soap was provided on arrival which was only replaced on request. Overall an expensive stay which could not be justified. I would not go back.

Middelmatig hotel centraal gelegen
Pros:

Centrale ligging aan mooi plein vlak bij Balcón Europ. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Parkeren in de garage heeeeeeel duur. Zeker als dagelijks je in en uit rijdt. Hotel heeft geen afspraken hieromtrent.
Er is in een week tijd geen stofzuiger op de kamer geweest. Niet fris. Smal bed waarbij de een omhoog vliegt als de ander beweegt. Niet van deze tijd.
Ontbijt gelegenheid is buitenom en duidelijk niet berekend op neerslag. Water loopt over de vloer. Daarnaast liepen er minimaal 2 katten rond die ook regelmatig op de stoelen aan tafel lagen.
Niet smakelijk voor een ontbijtruimte.

Great location and excellent customer service
Pros:

Great location. Very clean. Greeted at reception by Stella. Went above and beyond to make us welcome.
The pool was nice (a little cold) and the sauna great.
Spacious apartment and great restaurants within walking distance. And 2 mins to the balcony view

Cons:

The air con/heating in room was noisy.
Hard to find by car.... id recommend parking and walking to the entrance

Great hotel and hotel staff were great but the bar staff were not

The hotel was fab and great location

Cons:

The staff in the bar were not friendly and at times rude , we did mention this to reception one day as the service was so poor.
