Excellent location with friendly staff ensuring you have an excellent stay.

The location was excellent being so close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Whilst the location is very central, the property itself never felt as though it was in a busy area.

Un horror: no pudimos descansar
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y el hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones. El desayuno es correcto, pero lo pagas bien.

Cons:

De poco sirve tener los mejores servicios y la mejor ubicación si un hotel no te puede dar algo tan básico como el DESCANSO. Llegamos a las 12 para dejar la maleta e irnos a comer sabiendo que el checking era a las 16h. Sin embargo, el personal nos ofreció una habitación lista para entrar (sin pedirla) y con una mejora sobre la nuestra (vistas a la piscina). Lo agradecimos y por comodidad lo aceptamos, como cualquiera habría hecho. Sin embargo, nuestra sorpresa llegó a la hora de irnos a dormir, pues esta habitación está situada justo encima de un PUB (propiedad del hotel) y la música retumbaba en toda la habitación. De poco sirvieron nuestras quejas al personal (que nos confesó ser conocedor del problema ya que era una queja constante cada noche) ya que la música se mantuvo hasta finalizar la fiesta.

Espectacular experiencia
Pros:

Fuimos a pasar el fin de semana a Nerja. Sabíamos q habíamos reservado un buen lugar para quedarnos pero quedamos totalmente sorprendidos tanto con la ubicación, el lugar (tanto habitación como el hotel con los servicios) y las vistas. Recomendable 100%

Pros:

Había estado alojada antes con mi familia hace 12 años, y me gustó las reformas y mejoras que se han hecho desde entonces. el desayuno ha mejorado notablemente en calidad y variedad. Lo que más me gusta de estos apartamentos es la ubicación, las vistas al mar y la comodidad del apartamento (sencillo pero muy funcional).

Cons:

Había un evento privado (boda) en la terraza y se escuchaba bastante la música y el ruido.

Great location, although overpriced.
Pros:

Great location to central Nerja

Cons:

We had a lower level room, could hear the room above dragging outdoor chairs etc through the ceiling, was very loud. For the price they charge I don’t think that’s good enough.

Amazing location but could be better
Pros:

Fantastic location, next to Balcón de Europa and El Salón beach
Daily room cleaning

Cons:

Very noisy hotel due to location beside the main square/church and guests returning late from weddings
The pool was very small and packed with young families, no where to relax. The beach is a must
Had to pay extra to use the hotel gym and it closed way too early in the afternoon
Breakfast technically ran until 10.30am but twice I arrived just after 10am and everything was gone
Bed sheets need to be replaced, I kept thinking there was sand in the bed but it was because the sheets were so worn and scratchy, like they had been washed one too many times
Staff at reception weren’t particularly helpful
Very poor value for money
