The room was nice and clean and spacious.

Stayed in room 107, it smelled bad. It smelled of septic tank. Couldn’t get a dinner reservation, that’s on us for not booking ahead, turns out that they had a few events and weren’t staffed appropriately as they did have about 6 tables empty. Because of that we were told that we couldn’t get room service either. Not really what I would expect from a 4* hotel.

Internet is rather slow unless you are standing next to the door, the usb chargers only work off you have the lights on (can’t charge tour phone overnight) there was no water fountain visible or with signs on the first floor.

Overall not impressed.

The rooms were clean, but that’s just the bare minimum one can expect.

This was a lovely find for a stop over on the way to the Alps. The rooms offer lots of space with split level feature. We loved the pool, hot tub, sauna, the free parking and the buffet breakfast. We weren't as fond of the dinner in the restaurant. It's a lovely, quiet area (takes awhile to get to!), but we loved it and will definitely want to come back again.

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately they only had a 9pm slot for evening meal so ended up going without food, far too late, although restaurant appeared quiet.. Breakfast however was very good.

Beautiful grounds, easy parking. We only stayed 1 night and did not use the SPA facilities. Check in was straight forward. Staff were ok. We did not eat at the hotel. Our room was ok, but more consistent with a 3 Star category, specially the bathroom which looked very tired and worn; the ceiling panels, tile groutings, bath and basin surface needed immediate attention / improvements. The air con worked fine and looked new. We had a good night sleep.

My third visit and as comfortable and eelcoming as ever. An excellent hotel in a lovely environment and with a very good restaurant.

Hotel was nice with decent level of facilities but the food was a little hit n miss. A steak was inedible and one was very similar.

No offer if discounting this awful steak from the bill. I can assure inknwi my steak and it was truly impossible to chew.

Complicated shower to operate and reviews of the restaurant made us drive to Troyes to avoid an expensive mistake , €47 each for 3 course meal is not good value !

The room was €178 and it did not include breakfast , a further €15 per person

We liked our stay but were frustrated that on arrival at the hotel we were booked into a family room. We were only two my wife and I and only needed a standard room which were available but the hotel could not change the booking as it had been made online on the Hotels.com app. So we were landed with a room for five people. I tried to get a credit for the room difference to apply to our dinner but was unable to do so.

Large comfortable rooms with air conditioning - Very enjoyable evening meal.
If your looking for a stop-over it is a far better option than other road side hotels

Nice hotel, very convenient split level room with clean and simple decor. Pool looked a little tired with limited changing facilities but was otherwise enjoyed by the kids. Perfect for an overnight stay with the family.

The staff is nice but it is not enough to compensate for a noisy and outdated facility!

We stopped en route back to uk from Italy.
Lovely location but isolated from nearest town so no choice to eat other than at hotel.
Dinner menu very odd .
Variety of ingredients n plates which did not complement each other.
Food was neither French or European.
Serious problem with wasps in dining room
Air conditioning system had broken down so had very poor nights sleep as no fans were offered and room temperature was high.we were advised not to open our windows because of mosquitoes
I did complain when paying bill and was given discount of our restaurant bill.which was good but did not compensate for lack of sleep or quality of menu
Breakfast was ok.
