Good swimming pool
Pros:

The location is good but you have to walk out in a terrible garbage street

Cons:

The bed was terrible, the lack of maintenance, the terrible garbage outside, the light was one white and one soft ( should have all the lights on same ) in general it isn’t a four star hotel

Goed hotel in Silom.
Pros:

Ligt lekker centraal in Silom area en dichtbij het Lumphini park en Dusit central park. Vriendelijke personeel. Goed restaurant waar je een heerlijke steak kunt eten!

Cons:

Kamer was niet echt schoon. Laminaatvloer had veel kieren. Badkamer was vrij klein.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Location of Silom Serene is perfect for shopping and massage. Our room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came every day and were friendly and gave us what we needed. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always saying hello. Breakfast buffet was really good. Lots of choices and always fresh and delicious. Egg station was efficient and good quality. The gardens around the pool were well looked after. Other guests were mostly older, which we liked. The hotel truly was quiet and ‘serene’.

Cons:

Only negative was the shower over the bath, which made me feel a little nervous we might slip over climbing in and out. And the water pressure in the shower seemed to alternate between adequate and not enough. I felt like I had to spend more time in the shower because of that.

Home from home in Silom
Pros:

Always a pleasure to stay in my favorite hotel in Silom. Tucked away in a quiet street, but around the corner is the hustle and bustle of a main road, almost next door a 7/11 and opposite the hotel a nice market.
The staff is very friendly and very accommodating, the rooms are huge. And always nice to have the convenience of a swimming pool and gym.

Our go to Bangkok hotel
Pros:

We almost always stay here when in Bangkok. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful and it's not far from the sky train.
