تجربة سيئة ولن اكررها مره اخرى ولا انصح العرب خاصة والمسلمين بالمكوث في هذا الفندق

الغرف كانت واسعه ونظيفه ، حمام السباحة استمتع به الاطفال اما غير ذلك لم يعجبني شيء

موظفة الاستقبال كانت سيئة جدا وغير لطيفة ابدا واسلوبها وقح ومستفز على الرغم من تواصلي السابق مع الفندق هاتفيا وستفساري عن الغرفة المناسبة لنا كعائلة مكونه من 3 بالغين و3 اطفال وافادوني بحجز هذه الغرفه لانها كبيرة وتستوعب عددنا، بناء على ذلك قمت بالحجز ، عندوصولنا نتفاجئ بموظفة الاستقبال اسمها فيفاي تطلب عند قدومنا بان يدفع شخص بالغ مبلغ اضافي في كل ليلة ، وعند اصرارنا بعدم الدفع رضوا باقاماتنا من غير وجبة افطار شاملة لنا على الرغم بان لدي ميزة جينيس في بوكنج ما يمنحنا جميعا ميزة الافطار المجاني ، الموظفة فيفاي كانت وقحه جدا في التعامل معنا واسلوبها الوقح المستفز جعلنا كارهين لهذا المكان منذ بداية اقامتنا فيه .

Resepsiyon görevlisi çok agresifti. Bellboy yoktu. Tüm personel ilgisizdi. Sıcak su ısıtıcısı arızalı idi ve yedek yoktu. İçecekleri Kredi kartı ile ödemek için 300 baht fazla para talep ettiler.

The bed was hard I asked for change they didn’t, there were insects in the room daily. the curtains shows much light in the room if you’re a light sleeper then it’s not the place for you

Pros:

Uno de sus puntos más fuertes es su relación Calidad -Precio,es muy buena. El personal es muy amable, hospitalario y siempre están dispuesto a ayudar,desde la recepcionista hasta las muchachas que trabajan en el desayuno. La ubicación también me parece bien,tiene restaurantes,bares, Spa cerca,además de que puedes acceder a la playa caminando.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que el colchón estaba un poquito duro,pero eso no empaña para nada la experiencia general. El resto excelente
