Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed reports: several guests praised clean, spacious rooms, but multiple reviews mention dust, daily insects and a generally dusty feel in some rooms, lowering the score.
Service
7.5
Mixed but generally competent: many guests highlight friendly, helpful staff and great service at breakfast and pool, but there are notable complaints of rude or aggressive reception staff (specific incident reported), producing a middling positive score.
Location
8
Overall positive: convenient location with easy beach access, restaurants and bars nearby; one report of noise from an adjacent bar/club at night reduces the score slightly.
Room Quality
7
Varied: several comments on spacious, well-maintained rooms, but recurring issues with hard mattresses, occasional damp smell and insect problems for some guests.
Amenities
8
Strong amenity offering: central, well-kept pool is frequently praised and breakfast service is decent; minor negatives include early pool closing time and lack of some services (e.g., bellboy) mentioned by a guest.
Value for Money
9
Frequently highlighted as a major strength: many guests specifically praise the price-to-quality ratio and feel the facilities and location are excellent value.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Generally positive: breakfast buffet is enjoyed by several guests and staff are helpful at meal times, though there are isolated reports of breakfast access problems tied to booking/confusion.
Overall Experience
6.5
Mixed overall: multiple glowing stays noted (clean rooms, great pool, friendly staff), but a number of strongly negative experiences (rude reception, cleanliness/insect issues, noise) bring the overall impression below the average of the best reports.

Very disappointing — not a resort as advertised
Pros:

Nothing special, it was basic, hotel..

Cons:

Our experience was extremely disappointing. The facilities were poor, uncomfortable, and far below what we expected from a place advertised as a resort. The property did not feel like a resort at all, and there was no impressive view or atmosphere as we had expected.
We were so dissatisfied that we decided to leave the very next day instead of completing our stay.
In our opinion, this is simply basic accommodation, not a proper resort. The description and expectations created by the property’s presentation did not match the actual experience
