Pros:

Good selection at breakfast, comfy beds. Very clean.

Cons:

The view out of our window was of a fire escape that was rusty. We could not open the window. Made the room feel very claustrophobic.

A quiet and comfortable stay!
Pros:

A nice quiet room! The room was large and the bed and pillows were very comfy! The evening meal and breakfast were both delicious!

Lovely building, but failed to deliver on its 4* rating
Pros:

Lovely decor. Clean, spacious room. Air con.

Cons:

Bathroom had very noisy flush, loose ill fitting toilet seat, and a loose wash handbasin tap. We reported these issues on 1st morning of our stay. It took 3 days to fix.
Evening meals were poor quality. Medium rare steak overcooked, hake almost inedible, dry with hardly any fish content. Long waits for food to be delivered. Need more cooking staff.

Fantastic Stay - was dubious as saw some bad reviews but I’m guessing these were left by people that are hard to please.
Pros:

Everything, hotel was clean and staff were incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Shower in our room wasn’t the best.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. We had an issue with the room but the receptionist quickly resolved this and offered us a new room. Bar are was perfect for a relaxing drink.

Cons:

The first room smelt of cigarette smoke.

Pros:

The room was so comfy.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the reception guy was always alone. Nobody helps him, even if it was a massive line. The breakfast was tasty, but it could be more various with breads.
