The tidiness and organization
Nothing
The property is so nice, so close to amenities and the beach with swimming pool and sauna, we really enjoyed our stay.
The only thing that i didn’t like is the cleanliness, our room wasn’t clean enough like they didn’t hover the floor i saw some hair in the toilet floor and dust on the drawers
Staff were friendly and very helpful, the place itself was much nicer that what a lot of comments say, the location great just a few steps away from the east cliff beach, I actually like the darker design in the corridors and public areas but can see how that could not be to everyone’s taste
Have to agree that a carpet needs a deep clean in the bedroom, the clothes rail in the room needs someone to check as it was so flimsy and was afraid it would break
I like it very much inside rooms...entry reception and bar area and garden.
I didnt like like the party music was too loud and for 2-3 hrs struggle to sleep....and asked the receptionist to move us on other room,he wsnted tk help &move from 1'st floor to 4'th,but the Indian lady -woman refused to ,as she sayed is not same tyoe of room we booked.

The room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The hotel has a good location, and the spa facilities were enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and overall we had a relaxing couple of days.
The breakfast could have offered a wider selection, and some areas of the hotel could benefit from a little updating.
The air conditioned room was a life saver in this heat! I was able to get a good night's sleep!
Food was lovely too, room service was stop on!
Balcony was slightly disappointing, no shade, basic tatty chairs and no sea view sadly.
Could have done with a small fridge in the room too.
Breakfast was very tasty and the bar had a good atmosphere and the afternoon tea was very nice.
Shower was slightly broken and we had to hold the shower head to have a shower.
Staff were excellent, none could be faulted. Food was great but felt the dinner deal was rather expensive although the food was lovely and well cooked/presented. Location would have been great had we not have had 36c on the days we visited!!
Pricey bar, no real ale, cocktail glasses should not contain ice. The ice should remain in the shaker with just the cocktail and any aesthetics added to the glass.
