Proximity to the beach
Interior looked smug, sections of the room corridors smelt like cigarettes, they didn't seem to have a no smoking area.
The elevator has a sign of dont use in the event of emergency, but no clear sign of where the staircase is situated
There seem not to be bedside phone to call out to reception. You have to walk all the way down to speak with them.
Hotel was clean. Staff were lovely. Beds were very comfy with good pillows

First room didnt have hot water, second room didn't have heating which they never attended to. Would never stay there again.
The breakfast is well prepared and tasty.
The bar area and lounge are very stylish and relaxing.
The group floor has good style and well kept.
1st room
The room 414 : carpet dirty(very dirty), the squeaky floor but understandingis an old building, , the dirty window, the broken windows(difficult to close it and feel stuck), the broken curtain(the pull up curtaindoesn'tgo up fully).
The pool:
In the pool, a lot of mould on ceiling also on the foam cushions that are on the recliner in the pool area.
2nd room
The initial room had mould on the window frame, the window itself was broken and not closing the window had steam and humidity inside, it was smell humidity the was room 406, then we changed the room at reception and the lady was kind and gave room 424. Compered to the previous one better.
At the checkout point:
Once mentioning the mould in the pool. The staff is aware of it, but stated that as is an indoor pool area, it will he humid.
This is unacceptable, one of the worst excuses I ever heard.
Good location and modern bedrooms
My bathroom was old and window has no curtain so no privacy. The tap also had very low pressure so was a bit useless
The air con was not working. The windows were screwed shit and the extractor fan was not working. No air flow at all and wasn't able to move rooms. I had a 2 year old with me who had to sleep naked because it was so hot. It was so hot and uncomfortable in the room even my son's chocolate digestives melted.

The place was clean and smelt nice, staff were friendly and facilities were all close and easy to get to.
A few things in the room were damaged, the hose for the shower was leaking and holes in the bathroom. Otherwise was all nice.
