Nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel itself is lovely, good location, very clean and the staff are all very polite and friendly. The breakfast included was perfect with lots of options to choose from.

Cons:

Our room 223 was located right next to the lift. As in the bed itself was next to the wall where the lift operates. This is totally unacceptable for guests to be expected to sleep with the noise of the doors constantly opening and closing. We made reception aware and they moved us to another room for the night.
We also felt that paying £15 a night to park in their car park was a bit steep.

A good stay where any issues were promptly dealt with by helpful staff
Pros:

Spacious, well presented. Air conditioning was a life saver!

Very satisfactory, with a couple of minor gripes. Great location for bus and car transport.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good on the three days it was produced, but there was some disagreement between front-of-house staff and ketch about whether to continue serving following a rush on the Monday. Result - an inadequate selection.

We sensed that the kitchen staff were slow to respond to refills.

Cons:

Maintenance issues around our room, bathroom in particular. Window hinge broken, shower head insecure, bath taps unpredictable flow.

There was an unexpected charge of £15 per day for car parking, that was not mentioned in the original pricing.

Pros:

Good AC, comfy beds, good location. Warm swimming pool, good food (dinner)!

Cons:

Lots of mold in the roof in the swimming pool, mold in out shower and door to bathroom was a bit rotten.

Once again an excellant stay!
Pros:

The room, atmosphere, cleanliness, bar and garden area. Also had very attentive interaction with staff when we had issues with our TV

Wish we had booked for longer
Pros:

Good value apart from the parking charge. The pool was a plus for us and there is a lovely garden. We didn’t use the spa but it looked nice and the fees were not excessive. The breakfast was wonderful - great quality, varied and plentiful. All members of staff were great. We enjoyed an early morning walk on the beach before breakfast … bit of a steep walk up the cliff, back to the hotel. The only downside was the additional £15 per night for parking. However we enjoyed it so much we wished we’d stayed longer.

Parking charge £15 for overnight until 1pm

Perfect location for buses to surrounding areas and centre and beach
Pros:

Room was lovely. Clean and tidy. No extras but all requirements met. Tv very good. Tea and coffee making facilities good. When we ran out of tea bags/milk., reception supplied replacements no problem. We found our kettle in room had a slightly rusty bottom .housekeeping replaced with new kettle within minutes. Breakfast was lovely.nice variety. Easy access to town centre and beach with bus stop just a short walk away from the hotel.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating.would recommend and will definitely be back next year.

Cons:

The gym and sauna were tiny . Not really fit for purpose. Pool not as big as advertised.gym consisted of 2 treadmills and one weight bench so hardly top quality gym facilities. Pool not as big as shown . No fridge in room and no glasses for toothbrushes etc.
