Pros:

The hotel, spa, the staff! Everything.

Cons:

Not suitable for disabled people. One lift, could do with a ramp outside the front and access to the pool.

Lovely and accommodating! Just the parking needs reviewing’

The property was beautifully clean and presented and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The parking isn’t ideal. You pay £15 on arrival, but if you then go out and are no spaces trying to find alternative parking is very difficult!! Everywhere is double yellow lines. When asked if there was overflow or extra parking no one had an alternative. Fortunately someone left in the mean time. However it does mean that you end up paying for parking when you get there and again if you have to find an alternative!

Cons:

Room overlooked the back of the hotel which was neglected and unsightly. Shower unit had some mould around the base. There was a number of steps, both up and down to reach the room on floor 4 despite a request for little or no steps. Radiators and towel rail didn’t work. Air conditioning unit didn’t work either so the room was quite chilly.

The staff are fantastic food is great location perfect pool and spa really make it a great place to stay.

Cons:

Heating didn’t work in the room and it was quite chilly. There were a few moths in the bathroom

Ein nettes Hotel zum Empfehlen, besonders aufgrund der Lage.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, das Zimmer okay und groß. Es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Lift und es ist wirklich sehr hellhörig.

The Spa area was quite nice overall

Cons:

The room we were allocated in was not the room we were given. I booked a suite with balcony which is the best room this hotel has to offer, unfortunately, the door to the balcony was broken, no hand soap in the bathroom.
The most annoying thing has been changing the room around 23:30 because once we’ve turned our heating on, it worked for 2 minutes and then all of a sudden it completely switched off and not only that, I don’t know how but even the tv completely switched off and some of the lamps in the room switched off completely!!! I went down to the reception asking for a different room and the guy told me that there was no other suits with balcony available until I told him that the other suite in our floor was free, then he told me that he would have got it ready for us. Avoid suite with balcony room 108, you can hear literally everyone walking up and down, instead try to book room 118 if available which is actually okay.
