Le petit déjeuner et la vue.
L’hôtel est très décevant par rapport aux photos qui sont affichées, la réalité du lieu est selon nous très éloignée du 8,6 qui indique un certain standing que nous estimons ne pas avoir retrouvé.
Les infrastructures sont peu entretenues, voir sales. L’hôtel est très vieillissant, et la piscine nécessiterait un énorme coup de neuf. Et la chambre bien qu’avec une vue magnifique, donne la même impression…
Nous rajouterions également que l’on entend très fort la route qui est juste au bord de l’hôtel, et autres bruits très ennuyant (nous n’avons pas su identifier ce qui les causait, peut être les sorties de clim ?) pendant toute la nuit.

this is my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed in Thailand. waauw. the villa had the most stunning view. very spacious. lovely staff. so friendly. I deliberately chose this hotel for its location, most beautiful small beach of whole Samui island with crystal clear water, the opportunity to snorkel just in front of the hotel and wonderful infinity pool. the hotel has a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and diner so you never have to leave the premises. I don’t think for this price you will find better. highly recommend!

Pas mal d’insectes dans la chambre… odeurs de canalisation dans l salle de bain, murs qui méritent un coup de neuf/peinture. Je n’avais pas de serviette mises à ma disposition pour la piscine. Ça a été oublié je pense. Je m’en suis rendue compte le dernier jour

Un petit bémol,la climatisation est très bruyante et à moins d'avoir des boules quiès il est impossible de dormir avec celle-ci allumée.
We get every day 1 bottle of water per person which was good. You can rent a scooter very uncomplicated from the reception. Your are close (10min drive) from Lamai Beach and (15min) from Chaweng City. The room was big enought for us as a couple. Staff in restaurant and reception are very friendly. You can get a massage which is more expensive then the rest spa lounges in the citys.
First of all, the 4stars rate is in our opinion not right, we see a max. Of 3 stars. Hotel should be in some cases renovated as our room/bathroom and pool are.
The air condition in the room is very loud and you can't do sleep without earplugs. In our opinion was it also very cold we turned to 25 degrees and it still was very cold in the room. Whitout was not possible because of the high humidity of 85%. The breakfast and coffee was not good, never a 4 stars worth, so we didn't ate there which was sad because it was included. Beach is with very bad furnitures which can be also changed in my opinion, its very sad that they do not effort to look good, thats why everyone is sitting upstairs by the pool. If you would snorkel or swim downstairs, you should bring some watershoes, they have sharp cliffs in the sea. We get a massage as a couple they charge us the full price as hotel guests which was not fair because it was written in the room you can apply for 10% off.
