Świetny hotel

Hotel położony jest w starej dzielnicy Hanoi, bardzo blisko jeziora, dzięki czemu jest to świetne miejsce na zwiedzanie miasta i spacery. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła, pomocna i świetnie mówi po angielsku, więc bez problemu można się porozumieć i uzyskać potrzebne informacje. Pokoje są czyste, zadbane i codziennie sprzątane, co sprawia, że pobyt jest bardzo komfortowy. Panowała tam przyjemna i spokojna atmosfera. Czuliśmy się w tym hotelu bardzo dobrze i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tam ponownie

We had a wonderful stay at La Selva Hotel in Hanoi. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome.

One thing we really appreciated is that there is always the possibility to leave your luggage at the hotel when needed, which made traveling around much easier.

During our stay we needed a translator in Hanoi, and the hotel arranged this for us free of charge. We thought this was amazing service and it really shows how far they go to help their guests.

Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with outstanding staff. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend La Selva Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! ⭐

The location of the hotel is great. Close enough to the main centre but away from the hustle. The room was good and clean. Breakfast was buffet and had a good choice. The decorations in the hotel are nice.

You couldn't adjust the blind in the room very well.

Très bien placé, personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Mais attention de réserver des chambres avec fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, sinon Chambre coquette mais sans fenêtre, donc pas de lumière extérieure.

Really reccomend this hotel😊
Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was so helpful and nice. Also the location was very good close to everything you need, without being noisy and chaotic.

Cons:

A little bit loud aircon and no window in our room, but that did not bother us too much.
