Medium hotel in the busy area of Hanoi
Pros:

The family rooms are big, there are 2 separate rooms with a total of 3 beds. Breakfast is basic, some bread, some fruits, eggs and coffee. The hotel in is Hanoi City Center, and that is basically the only ''good'' part about it.

Cons:

The bathrooms need renovation immediately. The family room has only a small balcony, nearby, it was the next building and someone was having some living chickens there. The price we paid for this hotel, is way too much. If you walk 150-200 m from this location, you find better ones, completly renovated and with a lower price. For what they are offering, the price is way to high!

Good Value for a Good Price
Pros:

Hotel was located in a great location next to the lake and right in old quarter. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice, and the staff were nice and helpful. The top floor breakfast was nice.

Fine Room, Terrible Breakfast
Pros:

The room was a good size as the hotel upgraded us without even our requesting it. It was very clean, great shower, and quiet. Also, the location of the hotel is terrific for walking in this central area of Hanoi.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. Indeed, this is the reason we would not stay at this hotel a second time. Since we were there 3 days, we experienced the same bland food and it didn't matter if we arrived early for breakfast or late.
