Não avisaram sobre a reforma na área da piscina, algumas comodidades do quarto pareciam antigas, inclusive caiu um pedaço considerável do roda forro de uma altura de aproximadamente 3,5m a centímetros da cabeça da minha noiva.

Esperava mais do café da manhã e, principalmente a infraestrutura que está sem manutenção e não funcionando. Exemplos: toboagua interditado, porta do banheiro não fecha, paredes em geral com infiltração, tanto no quarti com em outros pontos do hotel, coxão já bem velho.
