Instalações, tudo era novinho, aparentemente recém reformado, e tudo bem limpo. Camas confortáveis e lençóis também.

O atendimento dos funcionários - numa noite de chuva, liguei na recepção pra pedir o cardápio do restaurante e tinha que ir até o restaurante para ver. Onde, hoje em dia, não se tem um arquivo pra se mandar no WhatsApp? Além disso, só tinha UMA tomada disponível, e ficava no banheiro, ou seja, 3 pessoas revezando uma tomada do lado da pia do banheiro pra carregar tudo que precisava de tomada.

I stayed at the Ramada for four nights, and the stay was unacceptable from day one. The room was in poor condition; the Wi-Fi was completely non-functional, and the windows would not close properly, allowing mosquitoes to enter the room throughout the night.
​Furthermore, the behavior of the front desk staff was unprofessional and harassing. Although they originally told me my nephew could stay until 7:00 PM, they kicked him out at 12:00 PM and refused to let him return. Later that day, the workers started saying rude and inappropriate things, such as asking for the ages of his sister and cousin. When he said they were 18, a staff member at the front desk responded with 'Yesss' while gesturing excitedly with his hands. He also inappropriately asked my nephew if he used drugs and mockingly called him 'brother-in-law.' When my nephew eventually returned to the lobby later in the week to help me with my things, the staff member sarcastically said, 'Oh, you came back,' and addressed him as 'bonitão' in a demeaning and unprofessional tone. My nephew felt so uncomfortable that he avoided the hotel for some time. I need help to get out of this property early before my last day and hopefully get my refund. I already booked a different hotel because of what happened last night.
