Very friendly staff & good choice of food Elena was super and looked after us
Palace is an exceptional staff, she attended to us kindly.
I picked this hotel for its location, close to Heathrow, I travelled solo to collect a family member from the airport. Room was clean and buffet was well stocked. Elena was polite and quick to tidy up tables. Thanks for a great stay.
Komal was amazing she was extremely fast efficient and friendly when cleaning my room and left it looking as if I had just arrived!

A special thank you to **Sunita** from housekeeping for her excellent service. She was friendly, professional, and kept my room spotless every day. Her attention to detail made my stay even more comfortable. Highly appreciated!
Visited here 22/7/26 with family night before flight to USA . The parking is not free and costs 16£ overnight so be careful. Personally I think for IHG members it should be free . . It’s a noisy hotel and our room neighbours in room number 137 were noisy to quite late at night . The breakfast is not great and there is no decaf coffee in this hotel which is bizarre. Beds weren’t too good either . Overall it’s convenient to get to Heathrow and it’s relatively cheap but I’m not sure if I would return .

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for four days while conducting business training and hired both a meeting room and accommodation for our trainers.
From start to finish, our experience was excellent. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and provided everything we needed for a productive stay. The guest rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well equipped, while all of the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The meals provided throughout our stay were also of an excellent standard. They were well prepared, of high quality, and catered perfectly to our needs during the training sessions.
I would particularly like to recognise Elena, who ensured our meeting room was always clean, tidy, and fully stocked throughout our training sessions. Her attention to detail and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.
I would also like to commend Costa, whose exceptional service at reception and in the bar made a real difference to our stay. He was welcoming, helpful, and always happy to assist with any request.
The outstanding service provided by the entire team, combined with the excellent facilities and high-quality catering, made our visit both productive and enjoyable. We look forward to returning to the hotel in the near future to conduct further training sessions and would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers.

my shower leaked out the area so my entire bathroom was drenched ruining my hickes and hyde wash bag, the bathroom was unclean and waste water (urine) was present with the waste water all over the floor

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Terminal 5. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a great choice before a flight. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall service was excellent.
A special thank you to Sunita, one of the housekeepers, who was especially kind and did a fantastic job. My room was spotless every day, and her attention to detail and warm, friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place near Heathrow Terminal 5.
