Not even a convenient airport location, overpriced for very mediocre stay.
Cons:

I don't know what the T5 in the name stands for but it's not anywhere near terminal 5. And the restaurant/nightclub that is on property means you are going to be listening to music blasting until at least 2 am. Just what you want to deal with when you've been at 4 different airports in the last 36 hours and just looking for a break.. Also trying to pass off a room with a queen and trundle bed as a double twin, feels like you are getting fleeced.

Close to Heathrow and an outstanding breakfast.
Pros:

Great location near Heathrow that’s easy to access via the local bus service (First Bus). Best included breakfast I’ve ever experienced at a hotel.

Cons:

Shower floor was very slippery and a potential hazard.

Works well for airport access. Not a tourist hotel
Pros:

Easy access to Heathrow T5,
Friendly staff
Adequate breakfast

Cons:

To many steps in corridors to get to room 077. Made it hard with suitcases.

Nothing within easy walking distance of hotel. Definitely an airport hotel, not an in-town hotel.

Last resort , lacks transport connections.
Pros:

Good shower.

Cons:

Too far from the airport, this hotel is marketed as being close to T5 , however it is just beyond the M25 exit. Unfortunately there are no hotel / airport courtesy buses that service it. The taxi fare to the hotel is currently a flat rate of £30 .
The 703 local regular bus service takes about 15 minutes to transit and can be boarded at T5 from stand 7 or from the BP station opposite the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before! However, I am deeply disappointed with the front desk service this time and genuinely feel I was discriminated against.It was a very hot day, and when I arrived around 4:30 PM July 10 2026, no one was waiting, so I was served immediately. The lady (with dark blue shirt) at check-in seemed polite at first and asked what time we needed to check out. When we told her our flight was at 5:00 PM, she took the initiative to offer a late check-out at 2:00 PM. She then recommended their dinner restaurant. After listening for a bit, I politely declined, explaining that it was my friend's birthday and we had already made plans to eat outside. Her demeanor completely changed and she became very disappointed.Because of the severe heat, and since we had received a welcome drink during every previous stay (the last time being just three weeks ago), I asked her if we could have a welcome drink. She bluntly claimed that they have never offered such a service, adding that they are a budget hotel with no resources for it. I reminded her that I had received a welcome drink every other time I stayed here, including just three weeks ago, and asked why it wasn't available this time. She then told me she didn't like what I said and decided not to give me a welcome drink at all, unless I dined at the hotel restaurant tonight! This is absolutely outrageous!
Worse thing happened the next day around 12:30 noon as we are still sleeping in the room preparing for the long haul flight, someone knocked our door and trying to open it even though we put on a please do not disturb sign. I hurriedly went to open the door with my only underpant! A staff told us we are supposed multi leave before twelve and when I asked he said the record did not show we are allowed late checkout. It is clear the check in staff declded to cancel our late checkout and not telling us to give us (and her colleagues) trouble! It is just ridiculous! While I already felt this hotel was slightly less convenient compared to the airport hotels, I have now decided to completely blacklist this place and will never patronize them again.
Other problems of this hotel is troublesome to link up WIFI! WiFi very unstable! Very noisy at weekends until very late as a restaurant/bar just next to your room window! But most ridiculous and never encountered at any other hotel is their toilet seat could not hold itself up at least in two of their rooms and a man have to hold it or sit on it when he pee!

I had a very comfortable room and a decent breakfast. It was good value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent value. I didn't care for my original room, so was given a recently upgraded room which was both attractive and comfortable. I slept well and was able to access the world cup on the tv.

Cons:

I was originally given a room for someone with a disability, which I don't have. That room was unpleasant, but I was immediately given a very nice room when I asked to change.

The responsiveness and friendliness of the staff made the stay quite enjoyable.
Pros:

When I didn't care for the disabled room I was given (I am not disabled) they gave me another room that had recently been refurbished and it was very nice indeed. The most attractive and comfortable Holiday Inn room I've ever had.

Friendly & helpful staff
Pros:

The housemaid Michaela was on our floor as went went for breakfast and offered to clean our room while we ate. She was polite, friendly and efficient having our room ready after we grabbed a quick bite to eat. We encountered her again later that morning and she remembered us and asked if everything was okay with her work….it was! Such a lovely lady

Pros:

Easy check in and out. Ability to book transport to the airport.

Cons:

Tv remote didn’t work. Had it changed and it stopped working again. Tiles loose on the bathroom floor. They came up when stood on and I cut my toe. Told reception but they seemed in interested.
Breakfast needs to start earlier to accommodate the amount of guests. I couldn’t have the breakfast.

First night stay
Pros:

Palak is very helpful,courteous and caring. Ji is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is pretty good but need more vegetarian options. Location from airport is getting harder. Black taxi charged me 30 pound for just five miles distance. There is not good,cheaper transportation service from airport Terminal 5. I asked 4 to 5 information booths at airport,getting different answers. Very confusing responses.I called the hotel two three times,not responded at all. Finally, hiren black taxi which is quite expensive.
