The bed is very uncomfortable as you fall off the edges. Hotel is very very noisy with suitcases.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Paying for parking should be in the price and car spaces are very tight and vans were parked in the disabled bays which we needed.

The place needs updating,can easily tripped on detached carpet,easily get lost.

Cons:

The room was so far with many turns, far from the elevator,hard to haul a 6 luggage’s by 2 elderly, the guard was kind enough to help us at the checked in, but nobody helped us at the checkout. The lady was very unfriendly and unprofessional, they just watched us hauling our luggage’s, one lady ,and two guys and the guard,who weren’t doing anything at the time. Weren’t able to take the shuttle bus, was told it only wait for 2 minutes. Took a taxi and just make it on time for boarding.

nice comfortable stay. watch out for extra charges
Pros:

The location of the hotel was ideal. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I had to pay for car parking. There was no indication that I had to pay for parking when I booked. I would have chosen another hotel if I was aware that I had to pay parking. The WiFi connection did not work for me. The hotel staff said that I was using a VPN but I wasn't.

Probably will not stay here again

Cons:

Had the noisiest room in the hotel i think, i was there for work so needed some sleep, the people in the rooms either side of me were up shouting and screaming until around 5.00am. Seems like a hotel full of young people who never sleep. I did complain when i left the hotel.

La colazione

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo la struttura era in over booking e per il nostro anniversario ci hanno dato per una notte una doppia con letti singoli poi abbiamo dovuto rifare le valigie, lasciarle alla reception e al ritorno la sera ci hanno dato la matrimoniale.
Booking ci ha rimborsato di 36 Euro per il disagio dopo la nostra segnalazione. La struttura per il disagio ci ha offerto due bibite ma non birre o alcolici. Solo acqua o succhi.
