Corridors were a little dirty in places - but not really an issue
The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs, making sure every request was met. They did everything with a smile, which made the experience great value for money.
The parking charge of £16 per day is quite expensive, and I think they should offer discounted rates for hotel guests. The orange juice was from concentrate, which tasted quite sweet, but the breakfast offerings were varied and good value for money.

We had a lovely family stay at Holiday Inn Express London. The hotel offers good prices, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. We also had an amazing time at the Harry Potter Studios — a wonderful family experience! 🪄✨
Our only suggestion would be to provide complimentary water and a small fridge in the rooms. Overall, a great stay and good value for money! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My room was ok - But seen better ones on other side
Overall I had a good experience. The only thing was my bathroom sink was semi blocked. Water was draining but it was slow. Luckily it was just an overnight stay so I didn't bother to get it unclogged. I also at at the restaurant. Food was decent and reasonably priced.

I had mold in our shower and was quite a bit. When I brought down photos to the management they canned our room but I slept overnight breathing in the mold before I noticed it and management waited until 1:00 before moving me to another room and still not feeling well.
