Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Cons:

Café bem simples, sempre as mesmas coisas todos os dias, sem novidades! Banheiro sem ventilação de ar para rua e sim para dentro do quarto gerando umidade, consequentemente, cheiro de mofo (mesmo mantento a janela aberta quando saíamos para passeio) O quê nos desencadeou rinite alérgica (isto que pegamos um período de sol, imagina se fosse chuvoso).

Muy lindo hotel!
Pros:

Muy buen servicio, el personal super amable y servicial desde el front desk hasta las personas de limpieza. Tienen estacionamiento de pago pero lo bueno es que ellos mismos te llevan y traen el auto desde el estacionamiento asi no tenes que caminar para buscar tu auto, eso me pareció genial. Tienen micro ondas y hervidora de agua en el lobby.

Cons:

Al estar en la peatonal mismo y justo arriba de los barcitos, a la noche es bastante ruidoso, inclusive toda la madrugada se escuchaba el ruido de la gente de abajo y fue bastante molestoso.

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Que el estacionamiento no sea accesible desde el hotel. Le entregas el auto a un funcionario y lo tenes que pedir cada vez que queres salir..
Eso se debe a que esta el hotel sobre una peatonal, lo que a la noche es difícil acceder ... hay que tener mucha paciencia
