I booked this because of the pool as it shows in booking. Com. But as soon as I paid the whole booking process and completed I got notification email that the pool is not operable I tried cancelling my booking but it won't allow me. And no one to contact to can't my booking. Phone number provided is not working. We ended up staying there and mesirable.

A lovely place to stay and relax by the pool - when it's finished
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, I loved the spa treatment, the gym and the room. I didn't use the pool so when she said we couldn't use it I didn't realise it was under renovation for a long time. I think that could have been communicated better.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly, throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

However, it was disappointing that the pool was not available during our stay, especially since we were looking forward to using it. Overall, we still appreciated the pleasant service and good location.
