Pros:

Radisson staff are among the most customer-oriented service providers I have encountered. Starting from front desk to the concierge, housekeeping and restaurant staff. No complaints. Definitely better than many experiences and encounters I had in other continents.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Radisson is one of my top 5 hotels for a short stay in Cebu. I love how spacious the rooms were. Breakfast was really good, so many options to choose from. The staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

It's a pity the swimming pool was not available at this time.

Always have a great stay during my layover there.
Pros:

Location and room service were good. The massage spa was really great.

Cons:

The doormen/ security were not very welcoming and were a snob. Didn’t appreciate that. But the rest of the staff especially the receptionists were really nice and warm.
