The room smelled moldy it was not the greatest experience. Staff was also not the friendliest.

They only informed us about the pool being out of order after we did the booking.

Personalul foarte amabil, hotelul este amplasat lângă SM City mall, se vede răsăritul din cameră.

Cons:

Prosoapele vechi, unele pătate, pentru un hotel de cinci stele am alte pretenții,la micul dejun ar putea oferi mai multe fructe locale, mango, papaya... Piscina era în renovare, te anunță doar după ce ai rezervat camera.

Удобное расположение отеля прям напротив большого торгового центра, так же 10 минут на такси до порта, чтобы добраться, например, на Бохоль. Просторный номер с удобной кроватью. Очень разнообразный завтрак, начиная от суши и кончая мороженным, на любой вкус и цвет.

Cons:

В номере было всего два банных полотенца и одно для рук, обычно в таких отелях как минимум 4 полотенца, а то и все 6…
Бассейн не работал, на массаж тоже не получилось попасть, сказали приходить завтра)
