Great I would like to point out the service of the staff. I would like to say how impressed I was with Fel and Oliver in the breakfast room. Nothing was to hard for them and they made our breakfast enjoyable. I would also highlight how good Lyn was at the lifts. She was so bright and cheerful everyday.
Ths fact that the pool was not available even though when we rang up before we booked the receptionist said everything was working. Very dissapointing, more training to staff to let them know what is happening in the hotel.
