Very friendly and clean and well stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner was really nice and plenty to choose from.
The room service didn't take long and was still hot when it arrived.
All the staff were great and very friendly.

Cons:

Pool was out of action which we new before we arrived but after we had booked.

Poor service as they gave us a king bed when asked for a twin
Cons:

I requested for 2 rooms - 1 with king bed and another with twin bed. They gave us 2 rooms with king bed. This was unacceptable as it resulted in a very awkward sleeping arrangement. The rest of the room was ok, but view was not great and the room was definitely a bit dated
