Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y cuenta con varios aparcamientos debajo del hotel (el propio del hotel, el aparcamiento del Metro de Sevilla y el del Centro Comercial Miramar). Además, el hotel cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios. Muy recomendable!

Cons:

Se echan en falta pequeños detalles como productos de acogida y cortesía, y la escobilla del wc.

El parking y la conexión de metro con Sevilla

Cons:

El sistema de aire acondicionado, que no se podía regular y hacía calor.
El sistema de ventilación en la habitación, ya que era una ventana peligrosa y estrecha.
La decoración del hotel (muy escasa y fria).
Muy mala iluminación en la habitación y el baño.

Pros:

La camera era molto pulita e la posizione perfetta, molto vicina alla fermata della metro. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche il supermercato Mercadona, bar e altri servizi: una zona davvero ben servita.

Lo staff è stato molto accogliente. La struttura è particolarmente comoda per partecipare alla Festa della Feria de Abril. Inoltre, la metro è attiva 24 ore su 24.

Cons:

Noi alloggiavamo al decimo piano e le finestre non si potevano aprire. Questa cosa ci ha dato parecchio fastidio, perché per arieggiare la stanza dovevamo tenere aperta la porta. Capisco che, trattandosi di un piano molto alto, ci siano motivi di sicurezza, ma sarebbe utile trovare una soluzione che permetta almeno di aprire leggermente una finestra per cambiare aria.

Un’altra cosa che abbiamo trovato eccessiva è stato il prezzo della colazione: 15 € a persona.
