Lovely stay in a friendly hotel
Pros:

Great location, great breakfast. The room was well equipped with everything you need and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

Our minibar was empty and you have to pay extra if you wish to use the pool/spa area. They should just bake it into there cost

wont be staying again.

room, Breakfast, staff, surroundings were all excellent.
very helpful arranging a taxi too.

Cons:

i called reception Saturday morning to advise our TV would not work. that was approx 7am, nobody turned up and we left at 11am approx.
Friday evening they had a family celebration going on , well the front door was constantly open and we had just had a meal and then sitting in their lounge , after 10-15 mins sat there and asked 2x members of staff to please keep it closed and there was a very strong breeze coming down to the lounge .
nothing done at all. so we went to our room. we will never use their restaurant / lounge area again after being ignored.
it's not cheap food and drink so they will not get our money again. we have stayed at this hotel twice with no issues.
also the shower head needs cleaned/ descaling, plus the water sprays outside on to the floor making it very wet and dangerous . this was also reported.
seems any reports get forgotten or they cant be bothered to attend any issues.
stay again ............ NO
