Served a purpose
Pros:

Entrance and receptionist very well coming. Only one person on though for a weekend.

Cons:

Some of the furniture in the family room looked rather worn. The carpet was thread bare in places.
The car on the balcony needed some TLC

Exceptional!!
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at here and couldn't have been more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect, quiet retreat after a busy day.

Great stay
Pros:

We decided to stay a bit outside of the city and this hotel was the best decision. It is located in the beautiful park 8 mins away from the train stop and 3 mins away from the bus stop, so getting into the city was not a problem at all. The rooms are big, have a balcony, great shower that is not licking and all the necessary amenities. There is a small tea/coffee station in the room as well.
The breakfast was great with a lot of options of both sweet and sour. Spa is pretty spacious for the hotel spa and quite nice to relax.
There are foxes and squirrels running around the premises :)

Cons:

For me, the pillow was not that comfortable but I still managed.
They provide 2 cans of water every day, but besides this there is nowhere to fill the water bottle in the hotel, which was problematic as I am used to drink a lot of water.

Nice venue but overpriced and hotel staff not very helpful
Pros:

Lovely location and free parking

Cons:

Unable to use pool without buying spa pass for £25. Service at breakfast was very poor. Loud music could be heard in room until late making it difficult to sleep. Room key switched off even before 11am checkout. Overall poor experience for the money the room cost

Disappointing and not great customer service
Pros:

Location and syon lounge is next door

Cons:

The staff , being chased to our car after we checked out by a female staff member , she was shouting that we hadn’t paid, even though we paid in full at arrival, didn’t even get an apology after she realised her mistake.

We checked into our room and dropped our bags off ,we then returned to the room shortly after and we found a random cleaner in the room , she just ran past us and didn’t say anything! This was concerning, the toilet seat was broken and TV didn’t work , Kevin did kindly change our room, he was the only polite staff member.
