Hotel rooms were great
WIFI could have been better in the rooms
Everything and Kevin at front desk was amazing
That I didn’t stay longer
Everything
Nothing
Very beautiful place and park around. Good food and super helpful staff. Rooms are big and comfortable. It’s far from London downtown-for those who are looking to relax
Clean, lovely staff, plenty of space.
Good breakfast and comfy bed.
Lots of noise in corridors - on two occasions staff were talking loudly outside our door
Spa facilities should be inclusive for guests. Not worth £25 - tired and overcrowded.
I loved my upgraded room it was amazing
Everything about the property is lovely
The location was great, the staff were very welcoming.
The birthday decoration package wasn’t great, so I ended up decorating the room myself.
Doreen at the front desk was lovely and helpful- everything was generally great- it is a shame you have to pay extra to use the pool I think this should be made clearer on booking sites -
The bed could have been more comfortable and I found the bedding itchy! I also have to say that I got a good deal- if I paid over £200 I think I would feel like I had overpaid
Location, parking, facilities and staff
Nothing
Property was nice, but hotel room wasn’t clean. Cobwebs and dust
Cobwebs and dust. It was mine and my husbands anniversary and we were asked to not talk in our room. We had a second warning for talking. We booked the spa, but wasn’t told we had to also book a slot prior to going to the hotel, which seemed quite ridiculous really
