Good breakfast and comfy bed.

Cons:

Lots of noise in corridors - on two occasions staff were talking loudly outside our door
Spa facilities should be inclusive for guests. Not worth £25 - tired and overcrowded.

We Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and relaxing.
Pros:

The location was great, the staff were very welcoming.

Doreen at the front desk was lovely and helpful- everything was generally great- it is a shame you have to pay extra to use the pool I think this should be made clearer on booking sites -

Cons:

The bed could have been more comfortable and I found the bedding itchy! I also have to say that I got a good deal- if I paid over £200 I think I would feel like I had overpaid

Pros:

Property was nice, but hotel room wasn’t clean. Cobwebs and dust

Cons:

Cobwebs and dust. It was mine and my husbands anniversary and we were asked to not talk in our room. We had a second warning for talking. We booked the spa, but wasn’t told we had to also book a slot prior to going to the hotel, which seemed quite ridiculous really
