Very comfy and practical stop.

Dirty, not secure. Awoke and went to the main lobby in the morning to find all doors were open right up to the corridors where the rooms were.
The room was very spacious.
There was no lift in the hotel. We didnt know this so had to carry heavy cases and bags up the stairs. Both adults have bad backs so this was not ideal. One of the beds wasnt comfortable as dipped in the middle. The bathroom door was extremely squeaky. Both times we went to the desk there was nobody there.
I stay here regularly. The staff are very friendly and helpful - day or night.

rooms were clean , housekeeping staff was lovely, apart from that there was no facilities in the hotel
location : in middle of nowhere . i asked management and booking.com if i can reduce the stay . hotel was extremely adamanat and not flexible and i had to stay . i had 2 young kids and there was no choice of restaurant except mcdonalds . it was on motorway and hardly any uber came . i wasted my three days
A good basic hotel for our needs, obviously not the best but was clean, comfortable and ticked all the boxes for the price.
Location is a bit difficult as only accessible from south side of M6 and obviously nothing near by except the services. But we knew this before and worked fine for our needs.

We did find a pair of pants under one of the beds. The reception staff was lovely when dealing with them though.
Great value for a travel stop over
Location was good for our visit to a local car show and not too noisy being nr the motorway.
Only thing that let it down was there wasnt any hot water coming from the shower and hot water tap. Needed milk for the hot drinks in the morning and nobody was there to deal with it.
