Basic but clean and comfortable, a bit overpriced, exceptional check in lady.
Pros:

The lady on reception when I checked in was delightful. Such a pleasant, friendly lady and always lovely to see her when she’s there.

Basic, but clean and comfortable and you know what you’re getting when you stay.

Cons:

A bit expensive for what it is.

Pet policy of £15 per pet/night is expensive. Particularly when it’s the same charge for a huge, slobbery, hairy 60kg dog and a 5kg dog who doesn’t slobber or cast. Seems as bit unfair.
Perhaps this could be looked into as I’d stay more often if the pet price was less for my small dogs. As it stands, it’s much more cost effective, with better amenities, to stay in an Air B&B with 3 small dogs. I travel to Stafford regularly to dog shows and for work.

We used the sofa bed, unfortunately it didn’t have a quilt, so we had to go with out.

A very nice pleasant place to be
Pros:

Clean. Nice staff. Pleasant and peaceful enviroment.

Cons:

Grass area's not lit up to walk dogs at night. Dog mess in areas. Some areas in car park not lit up very well because tree's covering lamps. Tree's need cutting.
