Brilliant family room, Great bed, AMAZING shower and fantastic value.
Pros:

The room layout was a wonderful surprise. We had the family room and instead of all the beds being crammed into one space as we usually get in motels, the kids' beds were in a separate space. The 10 year old was happy to have space to run around after a long car journey!
Bed was super comfortable - it was genuinely the first night in a very long time when I have not woken up with back pain.
But the very best thing was the AMAZING shower - it was like having a massage! If I had a shower that powerful at home then my life would be complete!
Staff were also lovely and welcoming.

Cons:

Yes, okay the carpets and chairs could do with an update but all the plus points outweighed this aspect for me.

Disgusting and disappointing

The toilet wouldn’t flush and was leaking. Brown liquid was seeping from the cracks between the floor tiles when walked on. The room was foul smelling.

The level of cleanliness was disgusting, and to top it off my 4 yr old found a sticky bottle of durex lube on the floor.

Thoroughly disgusting, reported to staff who insultingly thanked me for the feedback. Would not recommend.

The distance stated is very misleading
Pros:

The room was fine, the beds were comfortable, the staff were lovely and welcoming.
It stated that this hotel was 2.2 miles from Stone where we had a wedding but it was in fact 15 miles down a motorway so what we thought would be a 5 minute taxi ride actually coat us £38, if we knew this we wouldn't have booked. Very misleading. Otherwise was good.

Cons:

The location and that it stated 2.2 miles from Stone which it was across farmers fields but actually driving it was 15 miles so cost us nearly £50 in taxis there and back, thought this was mis advertising

Ok for a short stay
Pros:

Breakfast is very expensive even with the money off. Should have some options of basic breaksfast on site like cereal or toast so customers don't have to pay extortionate prices in the services

Apart from nice grassy areas and comfy bed rest would not entice me back
Pros:

Nice places to take dogs for a lead walk

Cons:

Toliet not flushing properly and leaking
Stayed two nights - room not cleaned or even rubbish bins emptied.
Cannot access hotel unless going south so significant detour up motorway which we were not told about
