Great price & location for our onward drive to Cornwall
Pros:

Good location & on arrival the gentleman on reception was very helpful. Great for an overnight stay to break up a long journey. Dog friendly to o& we now have a pet passport so the 6th visit is free

Cons:

Bathroom is a bit dated & bigger bin needed

Bed was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water, staff were lovely (although we only saw a man on check in...nice guy! And a cleaner (blonde lady) who said we could leave our key with her as we were leaving.

Cons:

A connecting corridor for the guests to the eating area and facilities would be a good idea, possibly worked by a guest key card rather than keys, instead of guests having to exit the building in bad weather to go for breakfast ect. The room smelt very badly of damp...and you couldn't see through the windows as the glass was blown and condensation had built up between the two pieces of glass. We couldn't get the heater to work as the lighting in the room was very dark and we couldn't see the panel. For the price, the room wasn't worth the money. I'd put it at £60.00 not £77.00

A great place to overnight.
Pros:

Arrived, the lady on reception was extremely pleasant, reception was clean and tidy as were the entrance lobby, hallways and bedroom. The bathroom was very good, the shower brilliant, tea & coffee in the room was ample. All in all a brilliant budget place to stay.
Parking was ample and I was able to charge my EV car

Cons:

For my requirements nothing, it was excellent.

Ideal place to break a journey.
Pros:

The staff are amazing - really friendly and helpful.
The bed was more comfortable than many more expensive places, and the bathroom was clean and pleasant to use. I seem to spend a lot of time travelling just now, and this is my favourite stopover place. Parking is free and food available.

Pros:

The location is good for a stop over on the way to cornwall.

Staff were friendly on welcoming me and when I left.

Cons:

My room was basic, didn't feel clean on arrival and the bath tub was filthy.

I was also next to a joined room, the noise kept me awake aswell as the bed being rock hard.
