This hotel was very well kept and the staff by far were most attentive and incredible staff I have ever encountered! Great asset to this hotel! They always went above and beyond to help in any way they could!

Good location for shopping, eating places and banks. Nice spacious comfortable room, with laundry service. Helpful staff. Good breakfast with cooked veg food, cereals, toast, beverages and cut fruit.

Service from staff was generally pretty good. Just the one off person at reception who seemed disinterested. Had an issue with WiFi and needed to chase a few times to resolve.
Managers are good when a request is raised with them.
The rooms look tired and need upgrading including bed linen and bathroom furniture.
Overall I did enjoy my stay as the service and environment is good.

Need more training to housekeeping staff .. I stayed here in January 2017 n this time property has been gone down in service n cleanness ..all it need proper training to staff
A good value hotel with friendly service
The first room i was had such a terrible smell, i had to request to change it. The bedsheets are old, often stained and made me question whether they were even properly washed. Breakfast was good.
Its a decent hotel as per brand name, best choice for business stay. With good breakfast.

Hotel is in a premium locality, close to a business centers in the upcoming Prahald Nagr / SG Highway. Management has to focus on cleanliness. Was able to see some insects in the washroom on one if the 3 days I stayed. The staff was very courteous. Rooms are small compared to The Fern or other 4 star hotels and for the price. Breakfast is ok. Can improve on the continental side.
I belong to Ahmedabad but I have stayed in 2-3 hotels here. This time I chose Ramada as it has a good reputation in hotel business and I was expecting little more from it. I recently got married and We checked in on the day of our wedding reception. Me and ny wife we both had to get our clothes ironed and when we called the reception, the reply that we ot was they dont have any laundry guy available and they cant do it. If it was any 2 star restaurant then i would have accepted that. But after paying so much for 4 star restaurant, i expect little more.
Also, they should have extra elevators or atleast waiting area or sofa near elevators because we had to wait so long for the elevators to come to our floor. (Not exaggerating).
