Worth it!
Pros:

Everything. Not a typical hotel layout which we loved the most. We got all the space we needed.

The location was amazing! Fantastic team and wonderful service!
The entire staff at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur is amazing, but we specifically want to recognize Ismail and Shazan. Ismail took excellent care of our room and always shared a beautiful, welcoming smile. Shazan was equally wonderful at the breakfast service, making sure we started our day with great energy and top-notch care. Thank you to the whole team, but especially to these two!

It’s ok in general but it’s the little things that matter for functionality.
Pros:

Most staff were good, accommodating and friendly. There’s a gym and 2 pools which is not overcrowded. Loved the fact that the lifts were always empty and fast.

Cons:

Rooms are a little dated. Floor tiles were loose and can be dangerous. They also need to relearn where to put their power sockets as I can’t use half of them as they were to close to the table or there’s a soap dispenser in front of it. Simple things like that shouldn’t be missed.
