From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applicable to all foreign guests. Great for one night in KL on business trip.
Big and spacious room, working desk area, and kitchen. Stable WiFi in the room for working remotely and joining meetings online.
Nicely located and short walk to restaurants ans busy streets.
Upstairs has a nice lounge area with WiFi and coffee if you arrive too early for check in but still need to work.
Front desk is nice and accommodating.
Breakfast is decent for a business hotel.
There was construction noises right outside going on still around 10-11pm. Good thing I brought earplugs to sleep.

Location, staff, big rooms
We left apple ear buds in the room and are trying to make contact with the hotel since the checkout date. No response, just ignoring us. Trying to get the attention of the management through this poor rating.
Convenient location, size and set up of the rooms, staff service and the hotel amenities especially the pools, jacuzzis and gym were amazing.
One of the ACs in our room was leaking and the carpet & sofa were wet as a result, the smell of moldiness was bad.
The room is spacious, clean and bright. Very comfy. The staff were friendly. The breakfast had good variety of selections.
Everything was good. Only thing we felt could improve was the breakfast.

I receive room upgrade for free. I paid only for for studio king suite and getting upgrade to two-bedroom suite. It is onderful experience and my family love it.
