Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applicable to all foreign guests. If you choose to pay at the property upon your arrival, you will have to pay the tourist tax directly at the property. If you pay for your reservation via Booking.com, we will collect this tax from you directly.

Good location but the staffs were rude.

The location was very convenient to move around.

Cons:

The hotel is near nightclubs, and the windows are not soundproof. Despite staying on the 30th floor, we still heard loud street noise and the music from nearby nightclubs. Additionally, the reception staff was very rude. When our flight was delayed, we extended our stay by 5 hours and were asked to pay an extra 315 RM, even though we paid around 300 RM per night. Later, around 6 pm, reception called to say that if we didn’t check out by 6:30 pm, we would be charged an additional 350 RM, and the staff member was very rude. Overall, I was disappointed with this behaviour from a Pan Pacific hotel.

Great staffs, good facilities, pubs and restaurants nearby.
Pros:

Relatively well kept. Great breakfast selections!

Cons:

The parking lot is very tight to negotiate. Good luck and great driving skills required, especially if you are not driving a compact vehicle. The couches at our unit could use some update (you could see the sagging)

فندق جميل جدا والموظفين بشوشين ومحترمين الافطار غالبا لا يناسب العرب كثيرا ولكن هناك بيض 🥚 طازج يصنع خصيصاً لك واحب اشكر الاخ محمد الياس على الخدمة كان شخص مبدع في عمل البيض ومبدع في تعامله ... ايضا الاخ كافي كان شخص جدا محترم ويساعدني كثير في احضار القهوه والماء للطاولة وبصراحة احببت هذا الفندق كثيرا كانك تسكن بين عائلتك ♥️

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay there, enjoyed the Skypool, it was a nice place to swim. Room is very clean and you can actually cook there. I love having a small kitchen to be able to put things, and even make some simple meal. Very suitable for longer stays.

Cons:

The view from my room wasn't that great, but overall it is okay.

I stqyed for 5 nights overall it was convenient due yo location, but the room and breakfast quality could be improved.
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to all key attractions restqurants and trasport.

Cons:

The room furniture was quite old and the brekfast was not satisfactory.
