Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applicable to all foreign guests. If you choose to pay at the property upon your arrival, you will have to pay the tourist tax directly at the property. If you pay for your reservation via Booking.com, we will collect this tax from you directly.

Pros:

Perfect for family with small kids. The room was extremely spacious and clean. All the staff was kind and so nice. Lots a variety at the buffet breakfast. Surrounded by great restaurants

Pretty solid experience
Pros:

Okay selection but the food taste was not the best.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit worn out and smelled like cigarettes initually although we had nonsmoking room

Outstanding Service with very close proximity to everything.
Pros:

Our Family x2 adults x2 kids had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable and spacious Suites. Outstanding location, so very close to Bukit Bintang and all the shopping & food that you want. Front counter was run excellently by staff that were outstanding, door staff (security) always had a smile when greeting - wonderful service given by the Parkroyal.

Cons:

The shower with the bathtub was a bit thight for me, very small minor negative.

Pros:

プールが二ヶ所あり、そのうち一ヶ所はツインタワーやKLタワーの夜景を眺めながら入ることができとてもよかった！
ホテルの周りに飲食店が多い！

Cons:

場所が想像よりローカルっぽいところでした。
ロビーと部屋以外の廊下やエレベーターがとても暑かった

Too pricey overall.
Pros:

The rooms are clean and nice. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The building is quite run down. Located in very busy area, not easy to pick up taxi from there due to heavy traffic.

Pros:

Excellent friendly staff.
Clean well equipped rooms.
Wonderful pools and great views from the roof top pool.
For us, walking distance to the monorail, MRT, Pavilion, KLCC and Jalan Alor.

Comfy and well rested
Pros:

I like how spacious and clean the room is. And their staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There are some unknown stains on the sofa which I suggest to put some sofa cover where it can be clean or protect it from spills.

Not very near any malls for my opinion 😌
