The stay felt overpriced for the amenities.
Pros:

Central location with free guest laundry. Excellent shower pressure and temps.

Cons:

Several issues with property like no ice, limited or poorly managed breakfast. Musty rooms.

Cons:

The front door would get stuck and was hard to open and close. The security latch on the inside of the front door was broken. The door to the bathroom was broken. The shower was dirty. The sofa bed did not have any linens and it took for staff to come twice to finally get everything.

Cons:

Room had been damaged apparently by high water. I could see the sheetrock walls had been cut out at the floor and replaced...poorly. Wall in bathroom was pealing from apparent water problems. Trim around floor in bedroom was unattached and wall was buckled from water damage. Possible mold. Air conditioner was dislodge from the wall and AC fan was ext3y noisy. I shut it off about 2:30 in the morning to get some sleep. Location is poor with railroad tracks directly behind the room.

Nice modern property with just a few flaws
Pros:

The property is newly renovated and attractive with modern fixtures and finishes. Check in was efficient, and the room was well appointed with plenty of space. Noise from the streets was minimal. Awesome breakfast (BACON!) well stocked and organized. Loved the mini-waffle maker. Coffee was Seattle's Best - a happy surprise.

Cons:

Carpets in common areas were worn and spotted. There was a strong smell I couldn't identify, maybe air freshener over ethnic cooking? We like the hard surface floors in the room, but there was cleaning residue that made it feel a little yucky. The bathroom had a sliding barn door that didn't function well and provided less privacy than I would prefer.
