Family trip in July
Pros:

We stayed there for a week. The staff were very friendly. They helped us finding a parking place. This is very much appreciated.
The location is central. We found many nice restaurants nearby. It is a walking distance to the central train station.

Cons:

Not about the hotel, but there is so much construction ongoing in the center of Munich (as of July 2026). This requires a lot of attention either driving or walking.
Hopefully the construction will finish soon and the traffic will be smooth.

Pros:

La posizione ottima. Appartamento è molto minimal ma funzionale solo per pasti da scaldare. Noi l'abbiamo usato solo per piccola colazione.

Cons:

Il tappeto che c'è nell'appartamento non sembra pulito e ha delle macchie. Perché non toglierlo? L'aria condizionata ha un termostato che non funziona bene e bisogna pigiare fortissimo perché funzioni.

Tủ lạnh nên đầu tư mới hơn, ngăn làm đá không lạnh lắm. nên có máy pha cà phê mini ở trong phòng, số máy giặt ở tầng hầm có thể cần tăng lên

Pros:

First half of our stay was in a twin room because we were 2. Then we were 4 (our children visited) so we moved to a larger (2 space) room. Both rooms were small but completely adequate. THE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE WAS THE AC because we were there during the heatwave. In the twin room it was PARADISE. Unfortunately in the 4drple room the AC although present could not keep the room as cold. It nevertheless was ok compared to the outside temp. So 10 for the twin room, 8 for the 4drple room

Praktische kleine Wohnung
Pros:

Praktische kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht (alles ausser ein Backofen). Das Hotel ist 5min vom HB entfernt und daher sehr zentral.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war ein bisschen laut und die Dusche war etwas schwach und die Wassertemperatur war nicht konstant.
