Location was great and view was capped off with some wales breaching for our enjoyment!. Room, facilities and staff all great.
Not having to wake up and evacuate our room for a false alarm. Lot of cold and somewhat annoyed guests, the bar seemed undisturbed and carried on like it was BAU.
The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning.
Our ocean view room was meant to have a sofa bed/lounge. I queried why we didn't and was told that a supervisor would contact me. This didn't happen so that was disappointing.
It’s always clean and tidy, and the staff are amazing
The room was great although much too big for just myself. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that I needed.
The evening food in the bistro was fairly average.
We stayed in an ocean view family room and the large size of the room for the 4 of us was amazing. We stayed 3 nights in July and the price was exceptional, which is a big drawcard for us being able to do it more often. No one could complain about that view either, it was magic! There’s nothing like waking up to the ocean.

We could not find a compendium in the room, and were unaware of meal offers and discounts. It was not until our checkout that we were told it was actually available on the T.V. Better communication required.
The rooms were great, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food in the bistro was very tasty and quite reasonably priced.
Pillows were a bit hard for my liking, but I like a soft pillow. There was also a dull humming noise throughout the night coming through the wall.
