The bed size was so comfortable & extremely superb. The modern design & furntiture.
The private parking & lift was very convenient.

Cons:

There was two pillows that had a strong dampness odour.
The entry of the parking lot was a challenge to enter as the width of the car.

Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was quite good. The restaurant has a good breakfast, a great beach is a 3-minute walk away, a nice cafe is 30 seconds away, and there's a 7-Eleven within walking distance for gas and other small purchases. Large and stable waves, perfect for surfing.

Will absolutely be back!
Pros:

We loved the gorgeous view of the beach, the room set up with the couch and TV on a swivel, large bathroom and balcony and the double glass doors to block sound. We also loved the pub downstairs and the amazing room service.

Comfortable but hard to navigate to reception
Pros:

The Sands Bistro was convenient and vaue for money. Rooms were spacious.

Cons:

Signage for Nightelier was overshadowed by The Sands and the reception was badly highlighted, we had to enter te carpark and had troubles getting reception to allow us in the lift

The location, cafes and right opposite the beach

Cons:

I would only say and probably no fault of the hotel but in the room we were staying on level 2, you can constantly hear loud footsteps and also sounded like someone running, we checked the hallway and there was no one, I'm thinking it was coming from the apartment room near the lift, not sure if any other rooms hear it. Thought it should be soundproof. We had to turn the tv up to drone out the footstep noise.

Also, we paid for breakfast included in the package via booking,com but I'm not sure if we actually got our deals worth since breakfast was not that expensive.
Book directly through the hotels site, its cheaper and pay breakfast separately.

Great view. Adequate room.
Pros:

Balcony overlooks the ocean. Not easy to get that in Sydney at an affordable price like this. Staff friendly. Room was comfortable enough. Parking is free.

Cons:

Room decor is dowdy. Does not match the quality of the view from the balcony! Breakfast area lacks ambience and service was slow even though numbers were small.
