Location, great staff and the most comfortable beds!
Pros:

We organised a late arrival and were met with helpful after-hours staff. The room was spacious, quiet and there was plenty of room to store our luggage. The beds were so comfortable that we wish we’d thought to check the mattress brand to purchase our own. With convenient underground parking available and friendly, happy and very helpful staff we would definitely stay again.

Pros:

close to the Narabeen surf club for our memorial event. Lovely food in the evening. Comfy bed

Cons:

Had to use the aircon which didn't seem to be working. We had to keep the doors closed all night as the room was on the side of the busy road so not much sleep which was most unfortunate after a long day. However, everything else was lovely. thank you.

Free breakfast was absolutely amazing! We got a percentage off our meals every time we ordered food downstairs from the pub as well. Great location! Literally across from the beach & BottleO next door! WE LOVED IT

Beds were far too soft for our liking, unfortunately :(
