Pros:

The staff was ok. They did ignore my request for fresh towels in room.

Cons:

Upon arrival in room found dirty towels in bathroom. Found trash in room at head of bed. The chair at the desk was missing a wheel and was torn up. The sofa bed cushions were torn and dirty. Some of the lamps had blown bulbs and some of the outlets did not work. No extra sheets or blanket for sofa bed. Thermostat on wall did not control a/c. Paneling on dresser was falling off. Used coffee cups in room and several empty coffee packets as well.

Will not come back.
Pros:

We had about 4 lamps in our room and only 1 worked.
The sheets had stains.
The walls had stains that looked like poop.
When we asked for more towels because it’s two adults and one child we were told no that the front desk couldn’t help. Yet we were only given two towels for 3 people?
Parts of the carpet was missing?
The pillows were small and we had to watch for feathers coming out of the pillows and our child could have ate them!
In door pool was closed but it didn’t say that at booking

Have bad allergies and i had a room with carpet so I was sneezing and noise running and it was a patch of hair on the for and I came to bring my granddaughter to the pool for her bday and it was not working and close and it was a indoor pool! Very disappointed

Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The key didn't work to the room we were assigned so every time we left and had to get back in our room the not available desk clerk had to let us in our room. The carpet by the door was ripped, like an animal had been scratching at it. We had to push the carpet back to get in and out of the room. The shower, the tub was clogged so after being in the shower 2 minutes the tub back up like you were taking a bath.

There's always an issue with the room I reserved. I reserve a 1 bedroom suite and its never available. They always have to give me a down grade room and not the room I reserved. The AC had stuff on it like it was mold or something

Cons:

The cleanliness of the rooms. We had to change rooms because there were stains on the bed and curtains in our first room. The rooms are not like they look online. Our lamp shade was cracked and torn up. Our phone in the room never worked. The paint on the walls needs to be redone.

Where are the expert towers? They didn’t bring them every time you were flush the toilet will never flush. We had to get

I didn’t like the location. The outside was nice but when you went into the hotel, they need to update their appliances and everything the toilet went flush TV too small barely can see it.
