Overall condition needs improvement

First night there was all right , second day we came in for lunch microwave.Quit working and refrigerator called the hotel about it about lunch time hoping that they'll fix it.Came back in from working all day microwaves still wasn't working and frigerator they moved us and to the second room so I was cleaning up our first room.We also discovered someone's bra and a drink left behind that the staff missed got moved over to the second room got saddle in one of my workers went to go take a shower, found a bloody towel in the second room that we just got moved into. Take it down to the front desk and handed us some new ones. Third night about all the way up until about 11 30 11 o'clock kids running up-and-down in the room, stomping, had to go down to the front office and get that handled too. But overall, the staff she did amazing. She tried her best. I can't complain on that day shift and didn't do there job whenever I called in the microwave issue. But overall. It was, a bad stay, it was just a lot of complaints, and I hate to be the one to complain. But whenever you got that many issues, it kind of sucks kind of put me in a little bit of bad mood, a couple of nights.

Cleanliness was not as expected and deterioration of building.

Cleanliness, lack of friendly staff, very unmotivated, carpet old and stained. Shower had mold under soap dish and on walls, chair at desk only 3 legs, couch had stains all over it, very old and out dated furniture. Light in bathroom flickering all the time, allot of issues for the cost.

Hallways and elevator could have been cleaner

When I checked in they didn’t ask if I had a pet, once they found out that I did they went out of their way to make sure I paid the $25 pet fee. I didn’t like that the laundry facilities were not available as that was one of the main reasons why I booked at this hotel. Since the laundry facility was not available I had to drive over 5 miles away and spend over 2 hours sitting in a laundromat. I didn’t like the lack of cleanliness at this hotel, the carpets are very dirty and it didn’t look they had been cleaned or shampooed in years. The walls inside the elevator were very gross and looked like they had never been wiped down too.

The room was dirt and had a bad smell. It smells like old mop water. Me and my husband didn’t get to take a shower before we left because there was no towels available. I saw over 7 guests take their towel’s back because they were dirty. The breakfast was horrible. That location doesn’t have enough towels for hotel. I booked a room for 4 people and only 2 towels was available. I will never book with this location again and i will not recommend anyone to stay at this location.

Hall carpets were horrible and needed to be Scrubbed and degreased. Poor housekeeping at best.

The breakfast area was small without a lot of options the first morning but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with even less options my last morning there and when I asked the breakfast "host" about certain options that were available just yesterday morning he just kinda shrugged it off saying no today maybe during the week. The water pressure in my rooms bathroom sink was extremely low, the desk chair was visibly worn with a wheel missing, and there were no towel racks in the bathroom.

The room was very dirty. The carpet looks as if they never been cleaned or vacuumed. The bathroom had brown fluid on the back of the toilet at the bottom. The surfaces in the room need wiping. The elevator could use some disinfectant.

Pool

We had 2 rooms. First room not finished cleaning when we went in. Smelled very strongly of cleaning solution, overwhelming. Towel on floor near bed. Beds looked like they were made then pillow was smooshed like someone laid on it. Moved to another room. 2nd room, light at bed didn’t work. Open bag of chips in cabinet, used napkin on top of cabinet. Beds looked clean so we stayed. It was just for overnight. Other room: broken lamp. Bathroom lock broken.
