Perfect in every way for our stay.
Pros:

Location was spot on. The rooms on the front were outstanding. I have only marked the staff down for the breakfast room staff, they were a little rude . The others, cleaners and receptionist were amazing.

Pros:

Colazione buona con staff perfetto e sempre disponibile. Anche al piano.

The location is just perfect by the river.
Fresh and tasty breakfast and clean rooms.

Cons:

An incident happened where the electricity went out and I was in the elevator with my son.
We got stuck and it was very very scary, if it wasn’t for my husband who realized we are stuck I don’t know what would’ve happened.
I would have appreciated more attention from the staff at the reception to come and check if someone is stuck.
Thank god it passed.
Other than that everything was perfect

Zentrale Lage - ideal für einen Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage.
Pros:

Zentrale Unterkunft. Alles ist gut Fußläufig zu erreichen, egal ob es Restaurants, der Strand oder das Zentrum sind. Zimmer waren nicht laut, obwohl die Unterkunft zentral gelegen ist. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz Fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz war überdacht und sicher.

Comfortable hotel in central location particularly if you do not have a car.
Pros:

Comfortable room with excellent air conditioning as temperature outside was 35C. Good buffet breakfast. Good location if you do not have a car. Easy walk to ferry and train, buses stop outside the door.

Cons:

Nothing of any note.
