Not worth the money. Would choose something else next time I come.

Good breakfast, good beds, coffee maker at the room, new water bottle every day at the room, clean towels.

Cons:

Noise from the cleaning staff early in the morning. We were not able to sleep because they where talking loud to each other at early hours. Window to an outdoor balcony both from room and bathroom so room was quite dark. We could never have anything open. Shower that spreads water all over the bathroom. I said it to the receptionist and they said all room were like that it was normal. We used all our towels every day to mop up water. We also had small ants at the room. That was also normal. They where
Vacuumed but came again and again.

Pros:

The location is great. It was a quite bedroom.

Cons:

The explanation where we could park the car was not very helpful.
There are several restaurants with discount for the hotel guests, and we just knew about it because we read it. The welcome desk could have been more enlightening.

Pros:

Albergo in posizione eccezionale, camera spaziosa e confortevole, ci hanno lasciato in camera 3 bottiglie d’acqua al giorno (non lo fanno nemmeno i 5 stelle a volte), personale gentilissimo

Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Beim letzten Aufenthalt gab es sehr leckere, gefüllte Cornetti, diese wurden nicht mehr angeboten. Sehr schade.

Super location, great hotel with comfy rooms with views, and superb breaky with the staff remembering your tastes!
Pros:

Location with views overlooking the waterways. Room is very comfortable and good size bathroom. Good storage and a safe too. Superb breakfast. Always friendly and helpful staff who remember you and your tastes, after only meeting you once. I feel very comfortable and safe in this hotel. Near to shopping, cafes, restaurants, waterways, and bus and ferries to take you all over Lake Garda and its towns, only 4 minute walk from front door. .

Cons:

I can’t think of any. Hotel is great. But just a thought it is a shame they don’t offer train pickup and drop off service. That will be such a relief. Taxi service for the trains station is still appalling after a couple of years now. I waited 1.5 hours for a taxi on arrival in the high heat.
