Room fine, breakfast good, seemed to be some front desk issues!
Pros:

Balcony overlooking the lake.

Cons:

Uphill walk on cobbled streets from the station. Staff charged us for breakfast and then had to reimburse us when pointed out there error.

Το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν στη δεύτερη διαμονή μας δεν είχε air condition ενώ είχε στην πρώτη κράτηση που κάναμε. Δεν ξεκαθαρίζεται στο site ποια δωμάτια έχουν air condition και ποια οχι. Επίσης το προσωπικό δεν μιλάει καλά αγγλικά με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολη η συνεννόηση πολλές φορές ( είχα ζητήσει στη δεύτερη διαμονή μας να τοποθετήσουν τις παγοκύστες για το φάρμακο μου στον καταψύκτη και τις έβαλαν στη συντήρηση του ψυγείου)

Zimmer und Frühstück waren ok, Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Hotel, Freifahrschein“ für Öffis in Lausanne, Bahnhof u. Metro in der Nähe

Cons:

Mit dem Auto trotz Navi schwer zu erreichen (Einbahnstraßen, Baustellen), Leider wurde uns vom Personal diesbezüglich nicht geholfen.

A lovely hotel close to the station.
Pros:

Able to check in early as room ready. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Great air conditioning. Lovely building with original features kept in very good condition. A bath was very nice to have. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Transport pass very useful. Very nice quality food breakfast items with great service. A lovely hotel in a quiet area but close to the station.

On the negative side although it’s ok if you can carry luggage up 50ish steps or a steep pebbled path as this is the access to the hotel from station up stairs or steep slope. Of course a taxi is an option.
There were no tea or coffee making facilities in room and it was a small tv. None of these are reasons not to return to this hotel.

Für Kurzaufenthalt i.O.
Pros:

Nah am Bahnhof und zur Metro, fussläufig in die Altstadt. Immerhin leichte, wenn auch eingeschränkte Sicht (Haus gegenüber derzeit Baustelle) auf den Genfersee, für ein 1-Bett-Zimmer und Kurzaufenthalt ok, ruhig, sauber. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber fast einen gewissen Charme hat. Es gibt sowohl Heizung als auch Klimaanlage, Safe, Kühlschrank mit 1 gratis Wasser. Personal kann ich schwer einschätzen, hatte nur kurz Kontakt beim Einchecken und beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Ich hatte Superior Einzelzimmer, was lt. Beschreibung einen Balkon habe, hatte es nicht. Minibar stand auch da, damit ist wohl der leere Kühlschrank gemeint. Allerdings steht da auch etwas von Backofen, wohl ein Fehler (von booking?) Einzelbett recht schmal, Kopfkissen auch nicht so toll. Frühstück ist noch Luft nach oben. Zwei Sorten eher günstige Wurst u. Käse, Brotauswahl dürftig. Kein Fruchtsalat o. frische Früchte (ausser zwei angegangene Äpfel), alles weitere (Konfi, Honig usw.) alles aus der Miniplastikpackung. Nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Kaffee ok. Für 155 CHF die Nacht hatte ich mehr erwartet.
