Zentrale Lage und Ruhe großartig
Matratze sehr gut

Cons:

Ausstattung wie ca. 1975/80. Etwas abgenützt.
Das Hotel könnte ein echtes Upgrade vertragen.

Sympathisches kleines Hotel, etwas alt, mit perfekter Lage und nettes Personal.
Pros:

Lokalisation perfekt hinter dem Bahnhof, ruhige Strasse.

Cons:

Alter Haus, sehr warm draussen, sehr warm drin.

Pros:

i like that it has balcony - there's a good view of the mountain and the lake. you can hear birds singing - relaxing.
breakfast is as usual. the staff are accommodating and polite.

Cons:

the location - up in the hill. either you climb by stairs or take the uphill walk; difficult if you have heavy luggage though main train station or metro is just 8-10 mins walk away.

Pros:

Close to the train station if on foot without the luggage for day trips. Pleasant staff, Bruno.

Cons:

We weren't confirmed that we had paid for breakfast and was included in our stay when we first arrived. We were only told that breakfast is available. May have been a language barrier. So we had skipped breakfast which made our stay more costly as we ate somewhere else.

Pros:

Bien situé, belle chambre, très confortable.
Garage sécurisé pour des vélos.
Proximité du métro avec billet de transport gratuit pour le séjour. Ce qui nous a permis d'aller facilement au musée d'art brut, à plateforme 10 et au port d'Ouchy sans problème.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Bett, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel erhalten, gute Lage um in die Altstadt zu gelangen, im Zimmer sehr ruhig, nettes Personal. Super ist auch, dass man Öffis gratis benutzen kann.

En general un hotel muy bueno en atención, localización y aspecto general.
Pros:

Estuvimos algo más de medio día en el hotel. La ubicación es excelente, el personal fue muy amable y profesional, incluso en los días previos debimos contactar por correo electrónico y nos facilitaron toda la información que necesitamos. Como teníamos tren a primera hora de la mañana no pudimos desayunar en el alojamiento, por lo que no podemos valorarlo.

Cons:

Lo único que destaco como algo negativo fue que el colchón de nuestra habitación no era cómodo, seguramente por el uso tenía un hundimiento en uno de los lados, de modo que lamentablemente no fue fácil dormir. Por otro lado, me llamó la atención el hecho de que el ascensor no tuviera doble puerta en el interior.
