Great place to stay with family and not too far to walk to the esplanade.
Pros:

Interconnecting rooms suited our family set-up and access to the pool area. Nice and spacious and felt secure when we were out and about through the daytime.

Cons:

Pool was not heated so bit cold, even the children noticed this.

Not worth the money we paid.

Unorganised.
Got put in a room that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous stay.
Had to wait for them to clean a room @4pm in the afternoon and was rush cleaned. Tv cabinet was still dusty, not towels on the bed, hadn’t taken out previous guests rubbish, air con didn’t work and thankfully was a cool night, no dishwashing liquid or tea towels to do washing up, and does not look much like the photos.
Disappointed as we paid $395 for one night and it was a terrible experience.

It was ok.
Pros:

Close to the hospital

Cons:

A bit worn. The room we were given was a hotel like room not anything like the pics of an apartment. Very disappointed. It had a bad smell, the staff gave us deodoriser but it did not last. Complained the next day and was offered another room(which looked like the pics) but the aircon was broken. Took the room. The pictures on website are very misleading.

Sadly I wouldn’t recommend it.
Pros:

Staff were helpful but not available much due to short reception hours. Staff were very kind and friendly.
Air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

Unit was missing milk, teaspoons, hairdryer. Ran out of toilet paper. Stayed for 4 nights and on the third day had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper.

Great place to stay. Room just needs a little renovation. Enjoyed everything else

The staff are great.
Location is good and off street undercover parking is a blessing .

Cons:

Room smelled musky on entry.
A lot of dust on air vent in bathroom.
And mould on shower door is unacceptable in today’s world.
