Good hotel but slightly overpriced compared to others in the region that offer similar service.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good geographical situation, excellent breakfast, spacious room and good bed.
Good services at the hotel.

Cons:

Cleanliness room could improve. Bed and bathroom were okay, but some details could be improved: curtains were stained and the cups for the water were already used.
During the daily check, no extra toilet paper was added even though we barely had any left.
The dispenser next to the sink only had shampoo but no regular soap to wash your hands.
Rooms were a bit noisy and hot during warm summer days.

Zunächst möchte ich klarstellen, dass es hier erhebliche Fehler seitens Booking gibt. Die von den Hotels bereitgestellten Bilder haben keinerlei Übereinstimmung mit den tatsächlichen Zimmern. Offensichtlich werden die Unterkünfte nicht vor Ort überprüft.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein. Das Badezimmer ist so eng, dass es für kräftigere Personen kaum benutzbar ist. Die Dusche ist ebenfalls sehr klein und teilweise beschädigt. Die Kissen sind von sehr schlechter Qualität und das Hotel ist schlecht belüftet.

Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Zusätzlich wurden mir 10 € Reisegebühr berechnet. Ich war jedoch kein Tourist, sondern habe an einer Firmenveranstaltung teilgenommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. In vielen Bereichen wirkt es so, als sei das Unternehmen stark unter Druck. Im Saunabereich gab es wenig Licht, beim Frühstück nur Aufbackbrötchen in nicht ausreichender Zahl, der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Insgesamt passen Preis und Leistung nicht zusammen.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist schön.

Cons:

Die "Suite" war schlecht eingerichtet. Eine Sitzmöglichkeit für eine Person, die andere muss wohl stehen bleiben. Matratze extrem schlecht, Rückenschmerzen nach der ersten Nacht. Beleuchtung im Zimmer geht über schummrig nicht raus, ungünstig wenn der Nassbereich mit im Zimmer ist. Housekeeping Dame war bemüht aber anscheinend
alleine, Zimmer halbwegs sauber. Frühstück ist unterirdisch schlecht. Brötchen altbacken, Eier gekocht oder gerührt waren kalt. ( wenn noch welche da waren- wenn weg dann halt weg). Getränke wurden gegen Ende des Frühstücks gebracht. Jedesmal nicht der gewünschte Tee sondern eine andere Sorte. Dafür ist der verlangte Übernachtungspreis einfach viel zu hoch. Haben uns auf ein schönes 3 Sterne Hotel gefreut und wurden sehr enttäuscht.

Das man die Anwendung montags nichts nutzen kann da keiner im haus war und man extra deswegen hinfährt , Sauna nur auf anfrage an.

Es war sehr schön.
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Hotel das Frühstück war sehr gut das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer das eine war Gut das andere OK . In Löf ist nichts los aber durch das kostenlose Gästetickit für Bus und Bahn konnten wir problemlos überall hinfahren. Eine schöne Gegend zum spazieren gehen und wandern.

War für die kurze Zeit ( WE) nicht so wie ich es mir erhofft hatte.

Freundliches Personal und sehr guter Service

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und dunkel. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr klein.
Das Schwimmbad war Nachmittag 16 Uhr nicht nutzbar,da es gereinigt wurde.

Je hebt faciliteiten zoals een zwembad/sauna , verder zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt of goed bekeken.

Ik had kamer 215, deze rook naar mijn mening onaangenaam, een soort oude rare lucht. Toen ik net in mijn kamer kwam viel dat direct al op, maar ik dacht er wel aan te wennen en ben na inchecken gelijk op pad gegaan. Uiteindelijk werd ik er misselijk van en kreeg ik er ook hoofdpijn van.

Deze klacht hadden ze nog niet eerder gehoord, dus het kan echt heel persoonlijk zijn. De dame van de schoonmaak die kwam checken, zei dat het een soort in de muren lijkt te zitten.

De kamer was trouwens heeel erg gehorig, ik hoorde mijn buren douchen alsof het in mijn eigen kamer was.

Ik had 2 nachten geboekt maar ben na 1 nacht weggegaan. Ze wilden me wel netjes een nieuwe kamer aanbieden, maar omdat ze nog vol waren konden we het niet checken. Ik had weinig vertrouwen dat het anders zou zijn gezien de feedback van de schoonmaakster

Vanaf buiten leek het erg mooi, van binnen vond ik dat minder.

The wellness was quite complete and the suite very big

Cons:

We had a small issue on the payment. They charged us for the dogs but on booking.com it was saying that the dogs were included. So the hotel only charged one dog.

Pros:

Ontvangst en keuken enkel Duits, vuilbak 3 dagen niet geledigd, duur in resto, vlees hard gebakken, geen airco… voor 230 euro per nacht!!! Ontbijt en uitzicht uitstekend
